LGBTQ+ community, steer clear of this place. They tried telling me that gender affirming care has been paused nationwide and they will not provide care even when it is covered on my insurance. Gender affirming care is still very much happening nationwide as well as in Florida. For safety, do not come here if you are LGBTQ+.
