I went in for my pre-op appointment this morning, and everything was great! The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions, which really helped calm my nerves. The facility was spotless, and everyone I encountered was welcoming and reassuring. I left feeling confident and excited for my upcoming procedure. Highly recommend Seduction Cosmetic Surgery for their outstanding care and attention to detail!

The only good thing about the clinic are the doctors. They do take time to talk to you and explain and answer questions- and they indeed do a great job BUT other than that the ladies either have an attitude or completely ignore you at check in or add stuff to your bill “necessities” you have to have- things i could have gotten them so much cheaper ahead of time on if i was told. If you don’t speak Spanish- good luck coming out of that surgery. You can be crying near death and all you hear is - stop be quiet i have all patients too- all in Spanish! My post op nurses also thought it was funny to leave my private area open- in my faja so the next 24 hours before i went back in all my swelling was bulging there and pain was enormous! And the best part not a single person there wears a name tag! I only call her the lady with yellow hair around her 50ties! She was screaming at me to roll on my belly - 1)like i am supposed to know this and 2) like i could do this alone while i was crying and screaming from the pain! I went for my massage today- the lady at reception looked at me and completely ignored me for 10 mins or so. once they switched another receptionist asked for my name so she could check me in. Then the lady doing my massages is super super super nice! So not sure what is wrong with the staff overall- but it did not give me a positive experience at all. I did create trauma from the post op nurse- to the point i hated myself for deciding to do this procedure on myself! So the doctors and massage therapist get a 5 but the rest of the staff get a poor 1 score! I regret big time!!!

The Dr Amarante did good, the only thing that can improve is the quality of the Sewing done in the breast it was poor quality unfortunately and uneven, please make sure to make even cuts, also the nurse that takes your blood is very heavy handed with her needle I had a black swollen hand for a week, also I did not see my Dr After the surgery that should change, drs should see their patients when the surgery is done and make sure to talk to them after, I did not like that I was kind of force to leave to quickly without me being ready after the surgery they immediately make me stand up and get dress that should change as well, the massages are to expensive you can definitely find good deals in groupon. Overall was ok but could have been amazing

Learned very fast that money is all they care for, and I understand that’s how the world works. I have nothing but horrible views on every person wearing the pink scrubs. The Dr, Anesthesiologist, post-op nurses, lymphatic massage specialist, or the Navy Blue scrub employee were amazing! I will sadly have to deal with the unpleasant, unprofessional behavior because as of now I am happy with my results and recovery has been a breeze. I payed for a procedure that my Dr recommended Id get separate as I was already having multiple in one round and understood his concern. Now I know how to be better prepared financially as they charge 1000-1700 extra at your pre-op visit.

You can’t take people’s money without providing a service — this is theft, not business. I run a business myself and have many clients and followers in Miami who will help me speak out until the truth is heard — until someone in charge of this clinic takes responsibility for the way I was treated. You cannot keep scamming people, taking their money, and giving nothing in return. I understand if you don’t issue refunds after a completed service. But in my case, the surgery never happened. You gave me nothing — and still kept $5,000. I will keep posting until your Google rating drops to 2 stars, so you can no longer deceive other people the way you did with me. This isn’t over.
