I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Vela a month ago and I couldn’t be happier with my results. From the very beginning, the entire experience was amazing. The clinic was clean, organized, and very welcoming. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and always made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Dr. Vela truly listened to what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for such a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering surgery.

Dr. Vela truly exceeded all of my expectations with my BBL. From the very first consultation, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident in my decision. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was very honest about what would look best for my body — and he absolutely delivered. I am only a few days post-op and I’m already seeing my shape come in beautifully. My waist is snatched, my curves look natural, and I can tell the results are going to be amazing once all the swelling fully goes down. I’ve been comfortable since day one, and my recovery has been smoother than I expected. His staff was also incredible , a big shout out to Juliet and Lilian for been so supportive, kind, and always available to answer my questions. I felt taken care of every step of the way. I'm 3 weeks post op from an abdominoplasty and full back and arm lipo. I chose Snatched for my surgery because I loved the results I saw online. Doctor Gary Vela performed my surgery and he made me feel very safe and in good hands. Wendy was mi coordinadora and I can't say enough good things about her, she has guided me and been there for me with no complaints. I felt understood by her. The massages that Paula and Dayana gave me were painful as expected but what a relief at the same time. They were both very nice and sympathetic with me, they made me smile and laugh often. The nice lady at the front desk where the fajas are and where the massages get done always greeted me with a smile and ended up learning my name so fast. I felt seen. I messed up my pre op paper work and the lady in charge of that was very gentle about it and just printed me new ones. Overall this was a great experience. The only thing I wish was different is how quickly after waking up you get sent home, and my post op info didn't talk about belly button care (but Wendy gave me all the info I needed when I reached out about it). I'm only weeks post op and I can already see such a big difference. I'm very happy with the results and I would choose this team again without a doubt. A mom has gained her confidence again! I suggest staying at one of those casas de cuidado for at least a day or two.

I came to see Dr Vela for a breast augmentation/lift and a mini tummy tuck (recommended by him and not full tummy tuck) During my consultation, I expressed very clearly that my main concern was my upper abdomen. Dr. Vela reassured me multiple times that he could fix this without needing to move my belly button. I trusted his professional opinion because he is the surgeon. However, the day of surgery, he asked me right before going in, “You don’t want to go bigger right?” For breast size regarding my breast Aug That immediately made me uncomfortable and unsettled because I believed we had already thoroughly discussed and agreed on what I wanted. After surgery, I felt something was off. When I tried expressing my concerns to the staff, I was dismissed with comments like, “Girl, you look amazing, what are you complaining about?” . I then returned to Calgary with virtually no proper follow-up care from Dr. Vela. As the weeks passed, I began experiencing complications and wanted to speak directly with my surgeon. It took me nearly three months — and breaking down crying to a nurse on the phone — before I was finally able to get Dr. Vela on a call, he told me to wait until six months post-op to reassess my body... At my six-month follow-up, Dr. Vela confirmed exactly that: I needed a revision. (At my expense $$) There was not enough fat removed from my abdomen, I still had loose skin and I was left with irregularities and a noticeable “shelf” above my scar. Also Not only are my implant is too small for the amount of breast tissue that they’ve left, They are extremely square even past seven months, especially in my inner corners and a lot of loose skin still remaining and very flat surface. They posted my results online and used me for promotional content, yet my “after” photos were strategically taken laying down, making it difficult to see the true outcome and irregularities. Please do your research carefully and do not rely solely on social media I never leave negative reviews , but I feel morally obligated to share my experience so others can make a fully informed decision before undergoing surgery With dr Vela

I went back to Dr. Vela for a second time lipo. Dr. Vela did my tummy tuck 5 yrs ago and ever since I knew I would go back to him. Dr. Vela has done great job in the past, but I believe that working on so many patients at a time is lowering the quality of his work. Unfortunately, the clinic is no better than the next in Miami. They will only cater to the ones they know they can get promotion for free. And once they do (get the pictures or the videos) you are no longer useful and they no longer care about you. They bothered me with “follow up” texts, and when I finally responded with a concern about my results they said “someone will contact you” and I am still waiting on that someone 4 months later. Unfortunately, I do not recommend them at all. The doctors are performing about 7 surgeries a day if no more. You do not see the doctor at all after the surgery and have to rely on a so call “nurse” to give aftercare instructions (which by the way her instructions differ from the doctor’s). Overall “buyer beware”, these places are looking for numbers so that they can make money. There is 0 concern for aftercare, let alone results. Yes, even if you follow their instructions and you have a bad job done, they will charge you for your revision. Do not go to this place!!
