I honestly had the best experience with this clinic from start to finish. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. From the sales team to pre-op and post-op, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Dr. Zach was the best. I am absolutely in love with my results. You can truly tell this team cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. Every step was smooth, organized, and stress-free. If you’re thinking about coming here, do it. They are truly the best and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and outcome!

I’d give my experience a 4 out of 5 stars. The biggest downside was the wait times during pre-op and on surgery day. Also, waking up after surgery was pretty scary. I understand they don’t give pain medication immediately because they want to make sure patients are awake and doing well, but the pain when I first woke up was intense. That said, my overall experience was positive. Everyone was kind and professional, and I appreciated the follow-up calls and check-ins afterward. I chose to go home right after post-op because I felt more comfortable recovering at home in case anything happened. Fortunately, my recovery went smoothly. I had Lipo 360 with Dr. Zach, and I absolutely love my results. Before surgery, he told me that if I wasn’t satisfied with my outcome, I could always come back for a tummy tuck. That actually made me nervous because I thought I might end up needing one. However, he did such an amazing job that there’s no need for additional surgery. One reason I chose Dr. Zach was because I noticed he works on women with body types similar to mine. He may not be advertised as heavily as some of the other surgeons, but in my opinion, if you’re petite or have a smaller frame, he’s an excellent choice. I’m extremely happy with my results and feel great about my decision. Oh, the place is very cute and clean . Waiting room, prep op room and the procedure rooms.
