Today is my second day after surgery and of course I have to share my amazing experience with Professional Plastic Surgery, here at Coral Gables, Miami Florida! After reading plenty of other people reviews I definitely felt confident about choosing this place for my breast reduction and lifting! Dr. K exceeded my expectations! 🙌 The anesthesiologist Dr Diaz? Wow! I didn’t feel the venipuncture and after the surgery I’m feeling great! He make me feel that I was in good hands! The staff is so attentive, supportive and friendly! Thank you Beyonce, Lisbeth, Leidys and Roxana! I can’t forget about the Cuban Guy receiving me at the parking garage! He is awesome! I highly recommend Professional Plastic Surgery! Dr. K is absolutely amazing. I had a tummy tuck, breast and lipo360, and arm lipo in November. I would recommend him over and over again. He made a straight line and my scar looks amazing. The surgery center helped every step of the way down to helping find a wonderful massage lady out there as well. The staff kept amazing communication and answered all of my questions still to this day. The photo attached was week 9.

I had my tummy tuck performed on January 16, 2026, and I am truly pleased with my results. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Pacheco was incredibly detailed and took her time explaining every part of the procedure to me. Her method of suturing is exceptional — you can hardly tell there’s a scar, it looks like a straight clean line. I saw the nurse the very next day, and she took photos and checked on my progress. Three days later, I met with Dr. Pacheco again, and once more she was thorough and reassuring. The day before my flight home, which was one week after surgery, I saw the nurse again. She changed the tape, checked my drains, and made sure everything was healing properly. I am beyond satisfied with the care I received. The only thing I wish they offered was a phone follow‑up phone call after returning home, just to check in on patients. However, because I was able to see them three times during my stay, I still felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend coming here! Ive never had any type of surgery before I came here. I had lipo360 with a tummy tuck and a fat transfer to the breasts. Im almost 2 weeks post-op and im (a little swollen still but) feeling great! From my consultation to post op, Beyonce has been very attentive, helpful, friendly and professional! She definitely loves what she does. I felt so comfortable speaking with her and all the other staff members, they definitely eased my nerves. Everyone was very sweet. Dr. K has the magic hands. I felt very comfortable with him. He knew exactly what I wanted and gave me even better results! Being 2 years postpartum, my body wasnt the same and I wanted my confidence back. I know I have to keep up work on my end but this has gave me the push and Im so happy I did this! (I will update pictures when I have some)

Dr K is awesome! Still recovering - week 3 from Lipo 360 & BBL, Breast Implants and Lift but so far very happy with results! So happy I made the trip. Traveled from VA to Miami and everything was easy to get to and accommodating. Great staff and atmosphere- will def be back! Thank you!!!!
