Dr. PG performed my breast reduction, and the entire experience from start to finish was excellent. He and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my decision, and they took the time to clearly explain every step of the process—from preparing for surgery all the way through recovery. I am so happy with my results. Not only do I love how everything looks, but I genuinely feel happier and so much more confident in my image. The physical relief has been life-changing as well—I no longer have the constant strain I used to deal with, and my overall comfort has improved significantly. I’m really grateful I chose Dr. PG and his team, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering this procedure.

This the best decision I ever made. In October I made a decision to improve my life by loosing weight and to heal. The last 40 years I was not happy with myself. So I started walking & eating the same as before but smaller portions with goals bound for failure. But by 1/25 I had met my goal and more with no medical drugs.The 47 lbs had come off but that loss of weight everything started hanging, I went to trainer and he explained what could help with and at that point I knew I had to do plastic surgery. Dr. Guri-Perez was highly recommended by my sister in law that is in the medical field and had some work done with the doctor. I came for the first office visit , love the staff and the doctor was very professional but made me feel at ease on what he was going to do. I knew that I was in the right place. I scheduled everything for the following month everything was easy to arrange and if I had any questions they were answered by the staff right away. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift with augmentation. The surgery went exactly how was supposed to go. I was prepared prior with the staff help me from the medicine that I needed to get to the clothing that I needed to prepare. Two days later after surgery one my drain came off it was 6:30 am I called the office and the doctor responded at 6:33 am it didn’t give me time to check with doctor Google. He explained that it should not be a problem but wanted to see me. I was there a little while after the office opened and everything was fine. I have to say that I had no pain except for my back for the position that I was sleeping. All I have to say is that I recommend this facility for its service, for its staff and specifically for the doctor. This is my 3 rd week after surgery and I have never felt better in my life than now. At age 65 I finally started healing inside and out. Never looked better, I was wearing size 16 and to now I am in size 8.Remember is never to late to reach for the stars in my case I brought down the whole sky.

My surgery was 3 months ago, and WOW!! incredible team. My recovery has been so smooth and they've been available with any and every question I've had. I am sharing my personal experience after undergoing an explant procedure with Dr. Perez Gurri at Imagos Plastic Surgery. Procedure was supposed to be a breast implant removal with capsulectomy, date of surgery July 2025. I returned to him 10 years after my original augmentation, trusting that my concerns and surgical requests would be handled carefully. I was an out-of-state patient and had clearly communicated in advance that capsulectomy was important to me during my explant. Following surgery, when I asked for clarification regarding capsule removal, I did not receive clear, direct answers. My questions were minimized, and I was told capsule removal was “not necessary,” despite prior discussions. I also requested operative documentation and images related to the procedure and found it unnecessarily difficult to obtain complete records, which are still to be obtained. As someone traveling from out of state, transparency and documentation were very important to me. The procedure itself was much shorter than I anticipated for an explant with capsulectomy, which added to my concerns. While Dr. Perez Gurri is personable and confident, I relied on those reassurances and ultimately felt that my expectations and specific requests were not fully honored. When I expressed that I wanted to take precautionary measures related to Breast Implant Illness (even though I did not claim to have it), I felt dismissed. That experience made me feel unheard. To be clear, this review is not about my final aesthetic result, as outcomes can vary. It is about communication, documentation, and how my concerns were addressed before and after surgery. If you are considering explant, especially if thorough capsule removal and detailed documentation are important to you, I would strongly encourage asking very direct questions and ensuring your surgeon’s practice is heavily focused on explant procedures. Based on my experience, I would not choose this practice again. Please keep looking for the right surgeon that makes you feel heard and won't dismiss you, you deserve to be heard and respected. Especially if it was a contract that was signed and you paid for a specific procedure to be done. If transactional comes to mind then you aren't far off because that's what this felt like unfortunately.

I got a breast lift at 17 years old at Imagos Plastic Surgery with Dr. Perez-Gurri. I was initially very happy with the results. I knew that the pigment from the scars would need to be surgically removed since it was from the reconstruction. Based on my anatomy, my breasts slowly started to drop again in the following months. I understood this was a possibility, so I returned at 20 years old to get a breast augmentation and fix the pigmentation on my breast. I am extremely distressed and insecure, once again, because my breast implants have fallen and they are bottoming out. Additionally, Dr. Perez-Gurri failed to fix the pigment even though there were “stitched together again” when I got the breast augmentation. I came back 3 months post-op, and Dr. Gurri said he could fix the bottoming out with another surgery (which is not supposed to be done until at least 6 months post-op). I then expressed my concerns regarding that, which is when he recommended a separate surgeon in the same office to do a separate procedure which included a galaflex internal bra. Dr. Garcia explained that this was common to happen with girls who have the tendency to drop (which Dr. Perez Gurri has known about me from the start). The quota I received for the next surgery is ludicrously priced. The office is quick to help and respond when you’re booking a procedure, but I had waited weeks for a follow-up, and they haven’t reached out. I currently have to look elsewhere to get this fixed for a 3rd time and I just got my surgery January of 2026. This has taken a massive toll on my mental health, and not to mention how financially draining this is, when it could have been avoided. The office was unprofessional when I expressed my concerns most recently, reiterating that "this was not a mistake but rather my anatomy," which is so disappointing considering that I’ve recommended several people to go here. I will no longer be doing that. I find it inconsiderate and so sad that at 20 years old I have to undergo yet another surgery. If this could’ve been communicated and discussed at first, I would’ve undergone this surgery from the beginning instead of paying double the money. I would consider browsing other offices before choosing this one, which I should've done from the beginning.
