I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Scott Moradian and the entire team at ICON Plastic Surgery. I actually traveled from Texas to see him, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth it. From the very first visit, I felt completely confident, comfortable, and cared for. Dr. Moradian bedside manner is truly second to none he is incredibly kind, attentive, and exceptionally gifted at what he does. I had a mommy makeover and could not be happier with my results and overall experience. The anesthesiologist was outstanding and made me feel calm, safe, and at ease throughout the entire process. The office staff is beyond patient-oriented and truly goes above and beyond. Dalila, Taisha, and Liliet, NP were always on top of everything, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Post-op care was phenomenal Betty’s lymphatic massages were a game changer for my recovery, and Jenny provided wonderful, compassionate care as well. From start to finish, this was a five-star experience in every way. I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for at every step. I would highly recommend Dr. Moradian and the ICON team to anyone considering plastic surgery even if you have to travel, it is absolutely worth it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had plastic surgery performed by Dr. John Yoon, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, Dr. Yoon was incredibly professional, attentive, and reassuring. he and his nursing staff took the time to understand my goals, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel completely at ease. The results exceeded my expectations—natural, refined, and exactly what I hoped for. Not only is Dr. Yoon a highly skilled surgeon, but his bedside manner and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff was also wonderful—friendly, responsive, and supportive throughout my recovery. If you're considering plastic surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Yoon and his staff. Their expertise and compassion truly set them apart!

Had surgery with Dr. Moradian 10/10 . He always ensures safety every time I’ve gone to him or referred someone to him. His entire operation team treated me with care and professionalism throughout the process.The front desk girl was also super friendly and communicative which was a huge improvement compared to the front desk experience last year. The only issue I had was that my surgery was done over the weekend and I was left with little to no information afterward since the office was only open for emergencies at the time. Also, the lady responsible for updating my family after surgery was not very communicative & they were unable to call back because the office was closed for the weekend.Overall, the experience with the staff can be hit or miss at times. If Dr. Moradian had his own place and a more consistent team the experience would honestly be perfect.

I had an extremely frustrating and stressful experience with this surgery center. From start to finish, the level of unprofessionalism from the staff was shocking. When I made the decision to cancel my procedure, instead of handling it respectfully, staff members were argumentative and dismissive, which only added to the stress of an already difficult decision. Communication across the board was poor. Getting clear answers was nearly impossible, and trying to reach the appropriate department felt like going in circles. My personal red-flag moment was when I was requested to see a specialist (endocrinologist) one week prior to my scheduled surgery date, obviously this is not enough time to acquire such appointment. Once I voiced that this was an unreasonable request and that I would have to cancel as a result they then decided that I was cleared for surgery and the appointment with the specialist and the accompanying testing was not necessary. This leads me to believe that they do not value their patients health or safety as it was no longer important once they were in the position to have to issue a refund. The most concerning issue has been their failure to issue refunds in a timely manner. It is obvious that this is a trend for this surgery center based on other reviews. Attempts to contact the refund department have been incredibly difficult, if not outright impossible, leaving me feeling ignored and taken advantage of. It would be a safe assumption to view this center as a scam. It’s disappointing because the surgeons themselves appear to do phenomenal work, which makes this even more frustrating. I genuinely wish they operated independently from this surgery center, as the administrative and support experience does not reflect the quality one would expect alongside such skilled professionals. Overall, this was a deeply negative experience that I would not wish on anyone. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
