I did extensive research before choosing a surgeon, and that’s how I came across Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. From the very first consultation, I felt confident in my decision. I was able to openly express what I needed, share my concerns, and discuss my expectations in detail. He was completely transparent about what could realistically be achieved and made sure I understood every step of the process. Not only did he deliver exactly what we discussed—he went above and beyond my expectations. I am extremely happy with my results. We’ve had follow-up appointments to review my progress, and the difference is truly remarkable. The boost in my confidence alone speaks volumes about the success of the surgery. The entire team was incredible. The nurses were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Sophia patiently answered every single question I had and made sure I felt informed and comfortable at all times. Ivan was incredibly kind, thorough during my in-person progress reviews, and made sure I was healing well and good to go every step of the way. I had an outstanding experience with Dr Sam Gershenbaum and cannot recommend him highly enough. I underwent pectoral implants with liposuction and fat grafting, and the result has exceeded my expectations. It is clear that Dr Gershenbaum is a highly skilled, professional, and meticulous Plastic Surgeon with an eye for detail. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. He also went above & beyond during my recovery taking the time to check in with me over the weekend. A special mention to his Patient Coordinator, Eyra, who was absolutely incredible. She was warm, organized, and so supportive from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she truly made the whole experience seamless. An exceptional surgeon with an exceptional team. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering this type of surgery.

I spent hours researching online for the right physician for my pectoral implant surgery. I looked at hundreds of before and after photos going to website after website. When I came upon Dr Samuel Gershenbaum's site, it was clear that his work was superior to the others. I traveled to Miami for a consultation and I'm now 5 weeks post surgery. The results at this point far exceed what I ever imagined was possible. I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Gershenbaum and his staff provided great care during the procedure and afterwards during recovery. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Worst experience ! Money hungry . Doesn’t keep up with the latest trends . His nurse is super rude when you have questions Where do I even start… this was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $12,000 for pectoral implants, and from the beginning, things were off. Two different sized implants were placed, leaving my chest visibly uneven. That alone should’ve never happened at this level. Before doing anything else, I specifically called and asked if it was safe to get BodyTite after my procedure. I didn’t guess—I asked. I was told yes, so I moved forward trusting their guidance. That decision ended up costing me everything. The BodyTite procedure caused a rupture in the implant, and when I went back to them to fix it, instead of taking accountability, they tried to charge me AGAIN. Mind you, this was already after a botched, uneven result. In their own emails, they later tried to backtrack and say they don’t recommend procedures involving needles near implants—but that’s exactly why I called beforehand. If there was any risk, they should have said NO. That’s literally their job. Because of their lack of proper guidance and accountability, I had to go elsewhere and spend an additional $35,000 to fix what they caused. Also—let’s talk about the money side. They were quick to take my $12K, but wouldn’t even honor a $2,000 promotion they were actively advertising, just because I had already booked. That tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. This place is money-driven, not patient-driven. If you have questions or are unsure about anything, understand this: you are NOT going to get the level of guidance you should expect from a surgical office. And when things go wrong, they will distance themselves from responsibility. I would never recommend this office to anyone. What should have been a straightforward procedure turned into a $50,000+ nightmare. I will be sharing my full experience on TikTok soon.

6 years later and I am still dealing with the horrible botched results of this surgery by Dr. Sam Gershenbaum. He completed an unsuccessful and unnecessary septoplasty on me when I had absolutely no breathing problems and only wanted a rhinoplasty. He just wanted to make more money and completely ruined my once straight and well-functioning nose. I have to wear a breathing strip every night and have a crooked nose forever. My entire nostril is completely collapsed. On top of this, his bedside manner was so poor, dismissive, and rude I still remember how he made me feel to this day. He brought in the wrong patient information and wrong before photo of a different patient than myself when trying to explain my anatomy to me - hilarious in retrospect. Save yourself and do not undergo any surgery with this surgeon.
