Had surgery with Ortega on 9/9/2025. MMO extended tummy tuck, breast augmentation with lift, implants with lipo to the flanks. I am still on my recovery journey and loving every bit of my new body.

I had a tummy tuck on 2/25 w/Dr. Ortega at Moon Aesthetics. Dr. Ortega is very realistic and explains to you in detail what are your issues and what he is going to do. The morning of my surgery he went over my labs, my blood work and he took his time which to me was extremely important. I have had lip/bbl in the past and I knew a tummy tuck was going to be a different procedure with a different type of recovery. After surgery within two weeks, I was concerned with swelling and irritation I emailed Ortega and his tea and within an hour they got back to me with what to do and I must say following their instructions helped me a lot in this recovery journey. i have learned that with cosmetic surgery trusting the process is key and following the surgeon's directions is key in order to heal properly. I am happy that I trusted Ortega with performing my tummy tuck. I have no regrets, and I am presently 7 weeks post op. TRUST the PROCESS and TRUST your Surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Ortega.

Dr. Mel Ortega, completed my breast Augmentation and lift with implants. He was so kind, answered all my questions and most importantly he listened to my smaller implant request. I think the good reviews are fake. I had a terrible scar around my belly from surgery I came and scheduled the date . I was on IV since 8:00 am till 6:00 pm when I had the surgery done . A week later for my follow up appointment staff said he wasn’t there but he was my step mom made a scene and they took us thru the back to see the doctor. I ask not happy with the results … he is literally the worst. My belly button doesn’t look good he said I would need another surgery … yeah NO Do your research!!!!
