I just recently had a breast reduction plus breast lift with Lipo 60 and BBL and I look amazing. I am so happy with my results. They took good care of me. Every time I called. They answered anytime I needed something from them they made sure they took care of me.

Overall, my experience was positive. Communication was a little difficult at first, but once everything was clarified, the process was fairly simple. In my experience, I was making my appointments through Boutique Aesthetics, but the surgery itself is performed at Premier Aesthetics. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid confusion. Dr. Ortega and his team were amazing. I was able to speak with him on the day of surgery, and he gave me a clear breakdown of the recovery process, which made me feel informed and comfortable.

This is the worst place anyone could go to. #1 They lie about who is performing your surgery. They tell you one doctor is doing it, then switch things around. #2 After they take your initial deposit, they start adding extra charges for things you never asked for. #3 I specifically asked the manager if there were any hidden fees and I was told no. Then, in the end, Alondra suddenly tells you there’s another $250 charge that wasn’t clearly explained upfront. #4 Once you think you’re fully paid, they wait until you get to Miami and suddenly add another $250, then threaten to cancel if you don’t pay it. #5 All the tests they have you paying for never even get done, so you’re basically throwing your money away. #6 When you get to Miami, you will not even be getting your surgery where they originally told you. They send you somewhere completely different. These people were unprofessional and misleading in my experience. They seemed more focused on collecting money than patient care. After surgery there was no follow-up or concern about how I was doing. This was my experience, and I strongly suggest people do their research before moving forward.
