Crescent City Surgical Centre

Crescent City Surgical Centre is absolutely the best surgical experience and care you can be privided, if you need a surgical procedure. Very welcoming staff from from Vickie and Phalon during the pre-op meeting to recovery/post-op care with the greatest registered nurses you can have in Erika, Vicki, Mark, Lauren, Laura, Andrea, Susie and so many more that provide exceptional care. Last but not least, Dr. Jennifer Silinsky was exceptional with her communication throughout the entire process and she is responsible for my successful surgical procedure. I cannot thank all of them enough for all the care they provided me during my stay.

Had my surgery here and stayed overnight. The nursing staff was incredibly kind, and compassionate; above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Heather, Susan, & Holly.

I had a wonderful experience this morning! The receptionist was super sweet, my nurses & anesthesiologist team were amazing, and I appreciate the care bag with the soup. Shout out to Melissa, Dr. Bennet, and Dr. Martinez and the entire staff for a smooth procedure ❤️

I flew into town to be near my relative as she underwent surgery. I only have good things to say about this facility. The place is welcoming, comfortable and easy to maneuver while waiting for the surgeries and post-op. My relative spent the night two nights in a row and it was a breeze and very welcoming to visit patients after hours. This facility has drink vending machines and coffee pots at different locations on both floors we visited. I would recommend this surgical unit because the staff is great and the place is welcoming. Did I mention the views from the waiting areas on both floors are great?

I have massive surgery anxiety, and had a wonderful experience at Crescent City Surgical. Every staff member was so attentive to my needs. I forgot my pre-op nurse but she was very kind at making sure my mom was situated and comfortable. Dr. Scott was very understanding about my anesthesia concerns and did not invalidate me at all. My post-op nurse Janet, was phenomenal. She was extremely attentive to me and made sure to get my mom back once I requested it. I felt like a patient rather than a number at this facility, and I hope if I never need another surgery, I can get it done at Crescent City Surgical Centre!
