I can't even really rate the facility yet because I can't get them to speak with me. My doctor recently transfered here and I have been calling to confirm my records were sent and to schedule an appt. I got a hold of their answering service once and they gave me the hours to call. Well I can't get anyone to answer. When I connect to the dept I need it either rings and rings and rings until it goes silent or it rings and rings and rings until I hear a click as if someone picks up and then hangs up. This has been 2 weeks now. Ive called early morning and late afternoon. I'm thinking of finding another docotor just because I can't get a hold of anyone to even make an appt.
