Dr. Katz is very professional. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. Dr. Katz spoke plainly and gave good advice. Felt very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Dr. Katz is one of the best Doctors I've had the pleasure to interact with. High degree of professional presence, which is especially appreciated given the nature of his work; open and honest communication, even going so far as to warn me about the significant post-operative recovery process. Additionally, a very strong patient advocate (when my employer requested I give them a surgery report, he was outraged on my behalf, vindicating my similar emotions).

Dr Katz is extremely professional and so kind. His nurse Mary was an asset to helping me through the first two weeks. I received excellent care.

Husband had serious infection. Seeping blood and puss and loss of consciousness. Couldn't even sit. All indications he needed a 3rd surgery on preexisting condition. This office made him wait a yearly tax quarter for an appointment. Of course we begged for tests. At least get some imaging ordered before we get there. Needless to say over 3 months later and numerous rounds of antibiotics from our primary we got better. Dr Katz offered to do an exploratory on a site no longer needing attention. Offered tests for symptoms that didn't exist due to said antibiotics on a compromised renal system. How long will those antibiotics continue working at this rate? Do they still teach that at Cornell? I'm begging my husband to fire this man. I'm forced to chose between some 9yr old fresh out of Med school in the ER or this guy. I'll take the ER surgeon... At least they show up when you do actually need help. And lose the condisention, your performance doesn't afford you that level of arrogance. You are an indictment of the American health care system. Which appears to be deteriorating at alarming rates.
