Everyone was professional and curious. When you electronically sign in, waiting time is short. The nurse was very nice and lead me to where I would have a consultation with Dr. Webb. Dr. Webb was very professional and kind, but made sure I understood the pros and cons of my situation. He told me what I needed to do to make sure that I came out with the best results. Dr. Guy Voeller is by far one of the best General Surgeons in Memphis, TN. He has great bedside manners and make sure you’re well informed before deciding on surgery. He performed my gallbladder surgery in December, 2024 and then my open ventral hernia surgery on April 29, 2026. I was very pleased both times. The staff is very professional and friendly as well. Hopefully, I want have to have another surgery, but if so, he will definitely be my choice.

I highly recommend Baptist Minimally Invasive Surgery. Dr. Webb and his staff are outstanding. Dr. Webb explains everything thoroughly and is very kind and compassionate. Follow up care was exceptional. My family was also impressed that he took the time to explain everything to them after the surgery.

Amazing! The Staff at Minimally Invasive Surgery is Outstanding. The only issue is make sure you have the appointment set with the doctor you want from the beginning because once they set up that first appointment they don’t change doctors. Somehow they put me with a different surgeon in the group than I requested and acted like I couldn’t change since it was already assigned and I wasn’t having that. Once I got that fixed I was good to go. I chose Dr. Guy Voeller. Only because that’s who did my Dad’s hernia repair surgery. He was amazing. Great bed side manner. His head nurse, Nurse Allison Hobbs was very helpful and answered my calls in a timely manner. The check-in lady was pleasant and the check-out Lady was very friendly and easy to talk to and a friendly person. Dr. Voeller is the best surgeon and seeing him was the best decision I made. I have a lot of anxiety and was very nervous about this and he was very patient as was his whole team at Baptist Hospital. I was so pleased with the service I received during my visit. I tried to tell everyone that called me after my procedure because it’s not very often that you receive exceptional care from start to finish especially with me being such a nervous Nelly from the moment I arrived. No one seemed bothered by me and kept giving everything I needed. 5 ⭐️’s all the way!!!Thank you for reading my review and if you see Dr. Voeller tell him you read a great review on him!!! Dr. Craig is the best doctor I've ever had. He's been my doctor for over 20 years. His bedside manner is wonderful. He takes his time and answers all your questions. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients.
