I recently had some work done with Rachel and she was very attentive. She took her time and followed up with me afterwards to ensure I was pleased with the outcome. I have plans to see Rachel in the near future to continue our treatment plan.

If you want to look as good as you feel, this is the place to go. The staff is amazing and Dr. Bassin worked miracles.

I had my first consultation at the Bassin Center and the full experience was beyond my expectations. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who provided a very detailed explanation of the process. It was really a pleasure to meet Dr. Bassin.

I saw Dr Bassin about my concerns & he recommended needling/burn my chin area & it should heal nice & smooth. One of his technicians did it & when I went for my follow up, the Nurse didn’t think it looked good either so she made another appointment for me to see the technician. I was a bit early for my 1:30 appointment & the receptionist went back to let them know I arrived. At 2:00 I asked if I should just reschedule. During that 30 minute wait, I could hear all the women laughing in the back & I could smell their lunch,,,, The receptionist went back again & an assistant came out & apologized for the wait. She was absolutely no help. She went and brought in another woman who said “oh you have to give it more time”. My Friends burn session healed & looked great within weeks (I should’ve gone to her Dr). Dr Basin’s helper proceeds to tell me “it’s the texture & sells me some Retinol & moisturizer for almost $200 🤷‍♀️🤪. If that was the solution, why did they recommend the “burn” ?? I’m very disappointed & Do Not Recommend these people ~ Don’t waste your time & money with these people!!

The worst experience of my life, do NOT use these people. They misdiagnosed the amount of grafts I needed and now I need the procedure again. This is my before and after, my head is hardly different. It has been an entire year and I still have not met the doctor, just the inexperienced staff. I begged Darcey (who I thought was a one of the doctors, I don’t even know what the hell he is) for more than 2,000 grafts he assured me I only needed 2,000. They ran out of grafts mid procedure and didn’t have enough to cover my head. The recovery took a year and now I need it AGAIN. I am saving you the pain and suffering.. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, go to Turkey, Miami, Chicago, or NY..
