It has been two years since I had the pleasure of undergoing an eyelid lift procedure with Dr. Filiberto, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and results I received. From my first consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, Dr. Filiberto and their team made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. During my initial consultation, Dr. Filiberto took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, discuss my concerns, and set realistic expectations. Their expertise was evident as they listened carefully to my goals and provided personalized recommendations. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail, which made me feel confident in my decision. On the day of the surgery, the staff was incredibly supportive and professional. Dr. Filiberto ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed about what to expect during the procedure. The surgery itself was smooth, and I felt that I was in very capable hands. I had a consultation here last week after seeing a Groupon for a service I was interested in (I didn’t buy the Groupon because I called and found out that they do price matching in person). Firstly, I was blown away by the staff. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Then I met Dr. Filiberto. Not only is he warm and kind, but he is clearly not just in this business for money, because he did the opposite of upselling…he recommended a less costly procedure that he thinks is a better fit for my needs. I just set my procedure up for the end of the month and will update this review once I’m healed and see the results. Update: Surgery was yesterday. I can not say enough good things about my experience. Every little thing was handled with the utmost care. Will update again in a few weeks as my chin and neck heal. Year update: Absolutely wonderful results. I wanted a little more taken out and Dr. Filiberto did it at no extra charge. I really love this practice and I’ll go to him for anything else I need. A+

***Upper blepharoplasty, SMAS, and revision! Day of surgery I was given 3 painful Twilight injections, all 3 stung badly and I never felt relaxed. Filiberto did my blepharoplasty first, which went well, no pain. Then, he puts these burning cold packs on my eyes. I was blind to everything around me and I couldn't move my arms due to the restraints placed on my rists. For hours, I was terrified not knowing what was going on and feeling every cut, pull and stitch. I thought I was going to have an anxiety attack, praying for it to be over. BARBARIC!!! A few months go by and I take many pictures to see the progress, I noticed things that concerned me. He said to give it 6 months. During that time, I went back several times for consultations with still, no improvement. He recommended having 2 sessions of laser, which I was fine with but neither did a thing. During the first intolerable one, I did not want to go through it again. Filiberto said it was mandatory and he would not do a revision without them. Revision day, as promised, he gave me IV Valium which made the surgery more humane. Again, more consultations and no improvement. I still have the same sagging skin surrounding the scar under my chin, fat on my neck, noticeable scars on front of ears where he didn't follow the ear line but made a straight cut, and the stitches behind the ears are horribly uneven. He told me that you can't see them, and called me "picky". Yes! I wear my hair up every single day so yes, you can see them. Apparently, I hurt his ego, 48 years of experience, so this was to be expected. Either he forgot what we had discussed, was never a great surgeon or it was done intentionally (always the quiet and non confrontational ones). He had one job and it was to tighten the neck, instead, he cut to my temples which was not needed. The revision was a waste of time with another horrible recovery. If you need a revision, ask for a refund and go somewhere else. Im now forced to spend more money and find a more skilled and invested surgeon to fix his mediocre work. Hes a "Jack of all trades, master at none". My suggestions: Do NOT let him know you have a high tolerance for pain or he will give you placebo. Don't have your driver, family, friend sit in the office during surgery, they will hear your cries to filiberto to stop. He's retiring soon so, I'm sure he's trying to get rid of his inventory. Hes a mastermind at cutting corners. Make sure he gives you IV Valium!!! Buy your own neck strap with ear opening and a neck pillow. Take your own pictures, his camera is awful. Google Filiberto, research! Join facelift FB groups, very informative, great tips, patients share their experiences and excellent surgeons recommended at your price range. I joined, after the fact 😬 (Facelift info and support-inclusive to all). Want groupon cheap, take a chance but don't forget....this is YOUR face. "Buy cheap, buy twice" He will deny all of this with his sweet lil smile
