Summit Surgery and Dr. Schwab were both recommended by my gasterenologist and an UrgentCare Provider at East Cobb Health Park. My first appointment convinced me that I had made an excellent choice. Dr. Schwab discussed about a hialial surgery repair. His PA Tyler took careful notes about my health and our discussion. Dr. Schwab even had a pulmonary doctor who was his friend check me out to see if I was healthy enough at age 85 to have this surgery. The friend saw me two days later. I only needed to be in the hospital for one day. I received calls from caring nurses who asked about how was progressing and if I had any questions. Two follow up appointments followed my surgery with PA Tyler Wooten.Tyler immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions. After seeing Tyler, I felt better and glad that I had the surgery. All the nurses that I encountered said that Dr. Jerry Schwab would be their surgeon choice if they have to have surgery.

Dr. Schwab is the ABSOLUTE best, hands down!! He is GENUINELY concerned and cares about his patients! He is the BEST in the Medical field and the BEST Dr. that I've ever had! ❤️ He is also a breath of fresh air when it comes to "humor & personality"! (lol) He makes you feel very comfortable with him and he's very easy to talk to!😊 I highly recommend him and the WELLSTAR team, as a whole! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can’t say enough about the entire practice. Front office and nurses are very friendly and caring. Dr Schwab and Tyler Wooten were outstanding in dealing with my issue, subsequent surgery and follow up care. I’m extremely pleased with their care and highly recommended them.

Dr. Gary Hathaway is very professional, kind and caring doctor. I feel good about him performing surgery on me. His entire staff is friendly as well! I would highly recommend Dr. Gary Hathaway!

Years ago, I had a surgical procedure by a surgeon within this practice and was not satisfied with the outcome. When I later decided to have it corrected, I was referred to Dr. Hathaway. He was patient, thorough, and made me feel comfortable by addressing all of my questions and concerns without rushing the consultation. I highly recommend Dr. Hathaway and Wellstar.
