Dr Jacobson & his team were wonderful I honestly got cold feet about my vein closure procedure but he made me feel so comfortable walked me through everything & I didn't feel any discomfort I will be back for my other leg. Highly recommend him. He is such a caring & understanding man I'm so happy I went through it 🙏 you will too. Make sure to ask for him 😁

The clinical and admin staff at this practice are great. They're professional and courteous. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. And When I had to reschedule a missed appointment,they were very flexible and accommodating. They also ordered follow up imaging and were able to perform it that afternoon, so I didn't have to to come back. Dr. Corey was very easy to talk to. He also answered all my questions and addressed the rest of my concerns. Lastly,Madison who performed my ultrasound was very professional.they both put me at ease during my whole visit. i highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs vascular, wound or prosthetic care Update: Vicky Bryan and her wound care staff took great care of me. They're all very nice and attentive and listened to all of my concerns. They also helped me with detailed instructions on how to care for the wound at home. I'm already looking forward to my follow up appt.i fully trust them to help me heal. i highly recommend VSA and this team in particular. First of all. Having a bad front office staff is bad. I hate having to do their job checking in. I had my appt canceled due to them calling and I didn't call back. I ask for my $100 for cancelation. She didn't know what i was talking about. Their techs are all very nice. I tried to pay a copay each time I went, only to be charged $105 later. I got no answers from anyone about my problem. I really don't recommend this office. Not very friendly but ready to add $105. after it's all done. Im sure there are other Vascular offices.

Dr. John Jones is an amazing doctor! He came in and already knew my case and what was going on. He was very knowledgeable on everything and listened to my concerns. The nursing staff at this location however are rude. Having questions about medication or orders seems to irritate them. As a healthcare employee myself, I would expect better attitudes towards patients.
