This practice is a real gem. The practitioners spend enough time with you, but you don't sit around waiting forever. I also love that you can get your mammogram at the same time as your annual appointment. On top of that, I'm able to get in quickly whenever I need an emergency appointment. I'm so grateful for such a well run office and I love the Nurse Practitioner Serena Pascal!

Go with Goh. She's so good I want to gatekeep her and keep her all to myself, but she's so good I need to tell you about her too. She came into my life when I needed her most and she firmly yet gently guided me through my tough pregnancy. I trust that Goh has mine and my baby's health and safety at the top of her list. For such a large practice, they have communication on lock. They are always there when I need them. Thank you to Goh and her team!

Been coming here for almost 10 years, and Unified women’s care is my absolute favorite medical practice of all time! All of the women here are always extremely nice and helpful, and Dr.Goh is always super nice and very informative!

I saw Dr. Goh a few months ago for vaginal blisters I was experiencing. This was my first visit ever with a gynecologist, and I was extremely nervous and scared. Unfortunately, the experience was traumatic. Dr. Goh examined me with what felt like judgment rather than compassion. I felt looked at as though I was being shamed, and her lack of bedside manner only intensified my anxiety. I was visibly distressed during the exam—tears were running down my face—yet at no point did she attempt to reassure me, explain what was happening, or help calm my nerves during this extremely vulnerable moment. Once the exam was finished, she simply stated, “You’ll get a phone call in a few days,” and walked out without offering any comfort, guidance, or reassurance. The only person who made me feel seen and heard was the nurse in the room. She was the one who noticed how scared I was, offered me tissues, spoke to me with kindness, and treated me like a human being. She later called me personally to let me know that nothing was wrong and made it clear she wanted to give me the results as soon as possible because she remembered how visibly upset and frightened I had been. I am deeply grateful to that nurse. However, no patient—especially someone attending their first gynecological appointment—should leave feeling shamed, dismissed, and emotionally unsupported. This experience caused unnecessary distress and has made me hesitant about future care in gynecology.

Never ever have I experienced a doctor having such a big ego they had to “break up” with me (and also tell me I can’t see their friends either) because I broke up with them first. I wasn’t going to leave a review (because people can have different expectations of things and that’s okay), but getting that letter in the mail was something else. Long story short, I went to a different practice to get a second opinion about a procedure I needed to get done because Unified Premier would only do it under full anesthesia. I ended up liking the new doctor better because I felt they made more of an effort to listen to my concerns and help alleviate them. The procedure I needed ended up being done with just local anesthesia with my new doctor, which was a huge relief for me. Prior to me leaving Unified Premier, I always had a hard time getting in contact with them (whether it was the surgery department, medical records, billing, etc). I also had to constantly call and message about them getting records uploaded to my portal. The only thing they were ever quick to message me about was a bill. On top of that, during appointments, I never felt like I had time to ask questions. Everyone was always polite, but I always felt like they were super busy/tired and didn’t have time to address my concerns (and I’m always shy in front of doctors in the first place, so it didn’t really help). I do have a co-worker who sees a different doctor at this practice and likes them very much, but I feel like I dodged a bullet and would not recommend them to anyone else.
