We arrived at the surgery center at the time we were gave to arrive. Got me back in a room pretty quick and got everything going. Dr. Kauffman came in a little later we talked for a few minutes then we took off to the operating room. Fortunately day 3 after having tonsillectomy and still just feeling like a sore throat with a cold. Would definitely recommend Dr Kauffman for any ENT procedures.

Dr Kauffman treated my whole family respectfully and professionally. He listened to our concerns and worked with us to find solutions. Thank you for your great care and kind heart!

I recently had to see Dr. Kauffman about my thyroid issues. I was nervous going in because having surgery is a bit nervewracking but immediately I felt at ease with him. He is easy to talk to, open and honest and answered my questions. We discussed options and scenarios and I felt completely at ease having him perform the surgery. Surgery day came and same thing, professional, friendly, put me at ease and aurgery went well including one of the "what if" scenerios we had discussed. I am home recooperating andnwas given excellent discharge instructions to follow. Staff followed up with me as well. I highly recommend Dr. Kauffman.

Dr. Kauffman is wonderfully outstanding! His bedside manner is very caring and kind. Also, his knowledge with regard to my diagnosis as well as my treatment plan and recovery were right on point. He definitely has my highest recommendation for anyone who is in need of ear, nose and/or throat services.

I want to thank the front office for being so patient and polite with me even though I was running a little behind. I appreciate Dr. Kauffman for listening to my concerns and resolved my issue accordingly. This doctor’s office as a whole is very refreshing!
