Very professional and quick! The moment I walked in, I was greeting by the nicest front desk personnel and was helpful in guiding me through the sign process. Dr. Coker and her assistant really explained very good regarding the procedure at hand. At check out, the lovely office assistant, Angel, explained scheduling and post consultation. And had a smile that brightened the room! Great overall experience!

Couldn’t be happier with our experience at this office! Dr. Coker is not only a highly skilled oral surgeon but she has such a unique way of making you feel comfortable and at ease. She exudes confidence not only in herself but also in her patients’ ability to be brave, heal quickly, etc. We’ve had 5 procedures over the years so far for our children and she has done a wonderful job preparing them for what to expect, and all of them healed perfectly. Highly recommend this office and staff if you’re looking for a trusted oral surgeon who will make your kids feel comfortable, calm, and confident before, during, and after their procedure! And thank you as well to the office staff and surgical assistants who are just as wonderful, truly an outstanding experience all around!

I recently visited Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for an oral surgery consultation with Dr. Dickey, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk team was friendly, and the office itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Dr. Dickey was awesome. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure I needed, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. I really appreciated how calm and patient they were, which helped ease any nervousness I had going into the surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt very well cared for during the entire process. The post-op instructions were clear, and I felt confident that I was in good hands for recovery. I can’t say enough about how professional and caring the entire staff at Northwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was. They made what could have been a stressful experience much more comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Dickey and the team for anyone in need of oral surgery! Also, shoutout to Emily (I think that’s her name) for being such a sweet soul as she prepped me for my procedure.

Dr. Coker is absolutely the best with kiddos. Makes the experience less nerve wrecking. She is and was ment to deal with kiddos. She doesn't talk to the parent as if the kid is not there but deals with the kid (patient) making sure the child is educated on what will happen and open to any questions, many in our case. 😅🤣 You wouldn't tell we were in the dentist's office with how much my kiddo laughed.
