I had a great experience with this Kayal Dermatology and truly appreciate the care my son received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made both of us feel comfortable. The doctor was very patient and took the time to explain the procedure in a way that was easy to understand, which helped ease my son’s nerves. The wart removal surgery was handled with care and precision, and the doctor made sure my son was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. The follow-up instructions were clear, and i’m very grateful for the level of attention, kindness, and professionalism we experienced. I would highly recommend this dermatologist to any parent looking for quality care for their child

This place is amazing. I was breaking out with some type of rash around my face that had been irritating me for a a week. A friend of mine recommended me to go see Kayal. I scheduled an appointment and not only were they able to diagnose what was going on quickly, the staff was very friendly and the customer service was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and now I feel like I have new skin on my face. I’m so happy and so grateful that my friend referred me to such an awesome place.

I had an excellent first experience with this well run practice. My provider has outstanding communication skills and she listens intently to concerns. She and her assistant are both personable and gentle. I am pleased to have found this dermatology group where I am treated so well by highly competent team members.

My PA Shivani has been the absolute best. She has such amazing bedside manners, and not only that, but she genuinely cares for me and my skin. If I ever move, I wish I could bring her with me because she has been the absolute best Dermatologist and quite frankly the best medical provider that I’ve ever had. To my college girls, I highly highly recommend Shivani. She will make sure that your skin is beautiful and treat you so warmly! 💕

Well, where do I began. I had Mohs surgery about 3 weeks ago on my face between my eyes on the top of my nose. One week later the stitches were removed. Two days later my would opened up. I have a perfectly round circle hole that's opened. I kept it clean and bandaged but I'm assuming the doctor didn't stitch me up good and after reading reviews I should have went else where. Saturday , when wound opened I got scared it would get infected so I went to ER and the doctor said I needed to follow up with the surgeon that did surgery. Monday I called the office to see what to do but the phones were out of service. I left work and went to office , took paperwork from ER and explained what was wrong. They took me in back and Joel B. Kazinec, PA-C looked at it and told me to keep ointment on it and bandage , said it would heal. The surgeon wasn't there John D. Kayal, M.D. Joel suggested I purchase a healing cream they sell in office. He also suggested me purchasing a different cream for darkness under my eyes (I asked about). He said he would give me a discount for my troubles. When checking out they charged me $90 for both creams ( CVS sells same healing cream for $ 11.99 Avene Cicalfate) I honestly felt the healing cream should have been free since it was the Doctor's fault he didn't stitch it good enough or they should have left stitches in longer. After paying the $90 I was leaving and the receptionist stopped me and said Oh he is charging you a $60 office visit. I was in shock because this wound should not be wide opened from their mess up and wasn't expecting to be charged. Wow, Really? I already paid ER $350 now another $60, $90 for their so called products. I was told by someone that used Dr Kayal years ago to get a second opinion because he loves to cut ! I didn't listen and now I am regretting it. I have another Mohs surgery that needs to be done but he will not touch me again. I honestly don't know what to do unless I go to a plastic surgeon to fix this man's screw up on my FACE! The only good thing I can say is I honestly loved Shivani Dhir, MSPAS, PA-C. She was amazing. To bad she wasn't the surgeon. I would say if anyone needs Mohs surgery PLEASE DON'T USE HIM !!!
