I have been seeing Lauryn for almost 2 years - she came highly recommended by a good friend. Lauryn is not only the sweetest human alive, she is one of the most knowledgeable injectors I’ve come across. She listens to what your goals are and gives thoughtful input on how to safely reach them without overstepping. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

XO Refinery will be my top place to go, they have the best prices, offer better mixes, they're welcoming, you get your own room, dim lighting, it's comfy, your nurse brings you a warm blanket at the get go, makes sure you are super comfortable, and has very nice bedside manners. Kasi was my person and she is the greatest and sweetest, personable, knowledgeable, warm, and definitely gained a repeat customer. They have a coffee station in the waiting area, not far across the room on the other side, and they did a wonderful job with setting a romantic type of cozy atmosphere with the decor and colors. It's not so "corporate" and cheap feeling like Restore 🤷‍♀️. Thanks for making my first time here a great experience to make me want to keep coming back

Absolutely love Lauryn!! She did my lip flip/filler and it’s exactly what I had in mind! Shes great at communicating what to expect and explaining what was realistic for me specifically! Super natural looking but also noticeable (I got 1/2 syringe). Highly recommend!!

Kasi is absolutely amazing! I was a total Botox newbie and a little nervous, but she instantly made me feel comfortable. She's so kind, knowledgeable, calming — and also hilarious, which makes every appointment feel more like catching up with a friend than a treatment. I seriously look forward to seeing her! I’m so happy with my results, but even more grateful to have found someone I truly trust (and genuinely enjoy being around). I feel like I found a new friend in Kasi! I've recently moved to the area and found their business through reviews here. I get regular neurotoxins/ injectables/ chem peels etc. So far, I have only had tox done here, but I am very pleased with the results and care put into my treatment!
