My experience with him and his staff was above my expectations !

If you are having any plastic surgery, please do NOT spend your time or money here. The secretary single handedly caused me to cancel (and eventually they cancelled) my surgery scheduled for next week. She has been awful since I asked her why i needed to pay $2000 up front for surgery when my insurance is covering it 100%. After that point she was pissed and her whole attitude changed. She became nasty and irate. Ultimately saying she would ask the Dr. if he could waive the fee since I didn't want to pay it. Mind you this phone call came after the consultation there was no mention of this "new policy" at consultation. She eventually called back and said he waived the fee and we scheduled the surgery. At pre op I was given a return to work (doctor's note) by the older lady (she is super sweet). I was not taking a FMLA leave so this is all I needed for work. The only issue with the note was that it didn't have the date of my surgery. I called to get an updated note that showed the date of my surgery the nasty one answered. Once I told her what I needed she basically begin to dismiss me. Saying she didn't have any information about me being out. Then I read her the letter and she said that the Dr. would have to sign it and it would be $30 (for a doctors excuse) to rewrite and add the date of my leave. I told her I didn't have to pay $30 to have the note in the first place so i didn't understand why I would have to pay it now. She said it was leave paper work. I explained to her that it was not because I was not eligible for a leave so i didn't need leave paper work filled out. I only needed the back to work note that i originally received and that it only needed to have the date of my surgery. She continued to be nasty and then said, "We already let you slide with $2000". That's when I finally got pissed. I told her "We" didn't let me slide with anything. I wasn't going to pay $2000 for a surgery my insurance already pre authorized and was going to pay for 100%. She was talking down to me at this point. She continued to be mouthy so I just hung up. I called my insurance co. and let them know what was going on. I asked if I could change doctors because I no longer felt comfortable with the office. They said I needed to call the Dr. and ask him to change the authorization to a different Dr. or I would have to do the consultation and pre auth and everything all over again. At this point I didn't care. I called the office and asked to leave a message for the Dr. letting him know what was going on and about the authorization change. Instead of just taking the message the nasty secretary decided she wanted to argue more and tell me how to go about things since "I didn't want to have surgery there", I informed her I had already talked to my insurance co. and was doing as they instructed. She continued be and horrible to me so I hung up. I received a call 15 mins later from Leslie sayin she cancelled my surgery after talking with Dr. M and he said he will no longer be able to do this surgery or any other surgeries in the future.. LOL I was like that let me know that he doesn't GAD about how his patients are treated. He never called to see what was going on or anything just listened to her and made up his mind. I had prayed about having surgery there especially after the surprise $2000 loan they wanted and God answered. This let me know I made the right decision to cancel and switch to another provider. Beware folks. Even if it is the insurance $, its being paid on your behalf and don't spend money where you are not being treated correctly. By the way, I didn't say not one curse word to that lady. He didn't even call to see what was going on so that let me know that he doesn't care about his patients.

All I have to say is don’t waste your time.
