The services I received from Dr. Wilhelmi are excellent. The staff is friendly and ensures that I am properly informed about my health and care. Dr. Wilhelmi emphasizes the importance of clear communication, always explain diagnosis and treatment options effectively. I would recommend him and his office staff to anyone.

After extreme weight loss, extra skin on my stomach impeded negatively on my quality of life. Dr. Wilhelmi went above and beyond to help me understand the procedure and has been patient in my aftercare. I am just a week post op from a TT and aside from the healing pains from surgery I have not had any complications and I look amazing! I am truly grateful for him! Looking forward to being fully healed in the coming weeks! Thank you will never be enough to express my gratitude! Came back to add to my review as I recently had my second procedure completed by Dr. Wilhelmi and his team… extended arm lift! Again, no complications and the care I received was second to none!!! Forever grateful!

I’ve never had any bad experiences visiting Dr. Wilhelmi. Even if the wait is sometimes long, talking and that small interaction with him makes the visits just worth it. See you again next year doctor !

On January 13, 2026 I went to Dr. Wilhelmi to pursue a breast reduction. Pictures were taken, an assessment was made, and I was given a lot of hope that insurance would likely be approved. I was told at that time that his assistant would be submitting the paperwork to my insurance company within 2 weeks. I was not told how long acceptance or denial would take, but I assumed 2 to 6 weeks for insurance to review. When I heard nothing back from Dr. Wilhemi's office, I contacted them via MyChart on March 8, 2026 to inquire on the status of my surgery. I never received a response. I allowed more time, as I am not an expert. I waited until April 15, 2026 and called the office. No one answered, so I had to leave a VM. Later that day I was called back by a woman who said she was just covering for the normal assistant. She said she had no answers for me and would pass on my inquiry to Dr. Wilhelmi's assistant and she would call me back the next day. I never received that call. I called AGAIN on April 28, 2026 and left a VM calmly explaining things and asked for a call back. They never contacted me. Finally, on May 1, 2026, I just decided to call my insurance company to find out the status as, by this point, I needed to know where I stood. I needed to put in my vacation time for the year at work, and I had been holding off so that I could plan things around this possible surgery. Imagine my surprise when my insurance company told me that they have NO record of this office submitting any paperwork for surgery ever. I drafted a letter that day asking why my paperwork was never submitted, why my MyChart message was never answered, and why my calls and VM's were ignored. I mailed this on May 2, 2026. I have never received a response. I cannot speak to this doctor's bedside manner or his skill as a surgeon, but his office is terrible. His assistant, "Carol" does not answer her voice messages and the office in general does not respond to MyChart inquiries. Being ghosted for no reason is a real possibility.
