I am so grateful I chose Prestige Aftercare for my post-op stay! Traveling from Seattle to LA with an 11-hour surgery, I arrived late to Prestige. The nurses and staff were competently prepared for my arrival & did not miss any attention to detail. My husband was already set up in my room with a cot to stay close by my side. I was well taken care of & made to feel safe the moment I arrived by the care & expertise of nurse Endora & support staff. I allowed myself much needed rest & was given the help and care necessary by staff to build trust. As an RN & mother of 5, taking care of me is not an easy thing for me to do. Endora's unwavering support & compassion made it easy. She was kind & efficient in moving me and educated & supported my husband & I. She took her time, listened to my needs & we could tell how passionate and knowledgeable Endora and all staff were about the care they gave. Endora especially stood out to me because she knew the surgeons aftercare instructions like the back of her hand. She checked in on me often working to provide feedback to my surgeons & my husband & I could definitely see she had been doing this recovery protocol for years. We don't know if we could have got through my first night without her. Endora & Prestige Aftercare were highly recommended by my surgeons and now I know why! I would recommend Prestige Aftercare, nurse Endora, and staff as a peaceful recovery aftercare experience for anyone who is looking for quality care & peace of mind post-op. I recently had a tummy tuck (TT), muscle repair (MR), and hernia repair (HR), and stayed at Presitage for 7 days. This was my first elective surgery, and since I’m from out of town, I went through the entire experience on my own. After surgery, I woke up at Presitage surrounded by incredibly caring nurses. They helped me with everything I needed—from mobility support to daily care—and the facility is very well equipped with items like recliners, walkers, and more, which made recovery much easier. Every nurse I encountered was extremely kind and attentive. I especially want to thank Erica, Nellie, Kirsti, Ana, Val, Briana, and many others. Endora and Erica, in particular, stood out for their experience and care—they are truly exceptional. Erica also gave me the best hair wash at their hair wash station—it was truly enjoyable and such a thoughtful touch during recovery. The drivers were also wonderful—very courteous and reliable. Thank you to Anthony, Brad, Tom (the owner), and another female driver (I didn’t catch her name) for making transportation smooth and stress-free. I had daily hyperbaric therapy sessions, and the facility arranged transportation to and from each appointment, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view with fresh air—it made a big difference in my recovery experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and already miss everyone there. I highly recommend Presitage to anyone in need of post-surgery care.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin Prestige Aftercare was truly a blessing. The room I was in was so clean. The view was beautiful very comfortable.I stayed there after having a tummy tuck and hernia repair, and I can say without a doubt that Endora and Nellie are absolute angels. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with so much care, patience, and kindness. I was sore, nauseous, and honestly scared at first, but they made me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in every possible way. They went above and beyond for me to changing my sheets, helping me clean up after I got sick, adjusting and washing my bra my binder and Changing my surgery pads, bringing me pillows, giving me my pain meds on time, and constantly checking to make sure I was okay. They were very, very, very clean and cautious.I could tell they genuinely cared, and that made such a huge difference. It wasn’t just the medical care that touched me it was the love and compassion behind everything they did. I even got some of the best sleep I’ve had in weeks because I felt so well taken care of. I originally only paid for one night, but their care was so amazing that I didn’t even want to leave. I can’t thank them enough for everything. Endora and Nellie, I love you both you are truly the ultimate best! If you’re recovering from surgery and want to be somewhere you’ll be treated with respect, gentleness, and genuine care, Prestige Aftercare is the place to go. They made a tough recovery feel peaceful and full of love.
