The initial consultation and overview of the procedure was well explained, the surgery was quick and painless, and the results were even better than I expected. The staff were friendly and helpful, and best of all, they're all fluent in both english and korean. Highly recommend this place if you want a no-nonsense, expert cosmetic surgeon.

I’ve been struggling with a serious skin concern for the past 3 months, and no one really explained it clearly until today. I was a patient of Dr. Bae for double eyelid surgery. Dr. Bae clearly explained the process, answered all of my questions, and set realistic expectations which made me feel confident about moving forward. Staff was very supportive and comforting during the procedure and were very responsive during recovery. I'm still in the healing stage, but already happy with the results.
