I had my first Fraxel laser treatment about a month ago and I’m already so impressed with the results. Even after just 1 session, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my skin texture. The facility was clean, friendly, and efficient, and the numbing cream made the procedure surprisingly painless.! Dr. Rokhsar is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I’m very happy with my results and will definitely be returning for my second Fraxel treatment. Highly recommend!!

I had RF microneedling on my abdomen here and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Rohksar was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease while explaining everything clearly. The numbing was very effective, so the treatment was surprisingly comfortable. The office is clean, organized, and runs seamlessly. While results take time to fully show, I felt confident in their expertise from start to finish and would absolutely come back.

Went to Dr Rokhsar for serious complications from dermal filler. Had seen numerous doctors and nobody knew what to do. He’s the only doctor that has experience and the knowledge. He knew immediately what needed to be done. So if you or anyone you know is having complications seek Dr Rokhsar out. Don’t waste time with anyone else.

I never leave bad reviews, but this one is warranted. I paid for a consultation with Dr. Rokshar and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The appointment felt rushed from the moment it began. He spent only a very brief amount of time with me, stood over me during the interaction, and came across as dismissive and uninterested in my concerns. I left the appointment feeling unheard and without any meaningful guidance or help. When I later raised concerns about the consultation, I was told there were extensive notes documenting the visit and that significant time had been spent with me. That does not reflect my experience at all. Because I felt I did not receive the level of care or attention that I had paid for, I requested a refund. My request was denied despite my concerns about the quality of the consultation. What bothered me most was the lack of professionalism, empathy, and bedside manner. As a patient paying for a consultation, I expected to be listened to, treated respectfully, and given adequate time to discuss my concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experiences.
