Great result, great costumer service with professionalism. I just had my liposuction 360, arms, thighs and BBL 6/1/2024. My body just transformed in a month! And my body looks so natural but great! First of all, Dr Ana, she is not only excellent plastic surgeon that works for her passion. She is truly artist. She takes her time to assess patient to have personalized treatment for individual body. And during surgery she takes her time to ensure everything goes right! Second, the surgical consultant Jeanine. This girl leaves me have no complaint at all. She spends her time with me to answer all my concerns and questions. She is there on calls 24/7. She made me feel 100% safe and comfortable for this surgery. Jeanine is truly caring for patient. She makes sure I fully understand each steps from beginning or the end. What I like the most, as nurse myself and I having being done a lot of cosmetic procedures myself, I fully understand that nothing prefect. After surgery I have something with my legs that I would like to retouch. I brought up some on follow up appointment, both Dr Ana and Jeanine’s actions just impressed me. They took my concern serious. Not a big deal not difficult. They ensure me they will retouch my area and make sure I will be satisfied and happy. It was just so easy with everything. This whole journey just so smooth and easy without any difficulty. Girls, if you are looking for a reliable plastic surgery place. I highly recommend this place and truest me. You will have no regrets and happy at end. Tow of my best friends just had consultant with Dr Ana and in a process for their liposuction. I’m happy for my friends and excited for my friend's new body transformation. You will not disappointed with Dr Ana and Jeanine

I have been coming to this business for the last 6 years... although there have many changes in staff there two wonderful individuals who are intent on making this business successful... Michele who was the person doing my Laser hair removal for my last two sessions is honestly by far the most thorough tech I have ever had (I've had 24 sessions total). She is sweet and kind while putting my safety and comfort first. If you believe in change then trust Janine and Michele are determined in turning the opinion of the company around, and they are doing it with professionalism and courtesy... I can honestly say that I recommend Regenerative Medical and believe you should give them a try...

Michele is fabulous! Michele is amazing in so many ways! She is professional and helpful. She has such a nice way about her and genuinely wants to help you get what you want out of your session. She is also interesting, smart, and delightful to talk with about so many topics. I loved my experience with her.

If you’re in the Long Beach or surrounding cities, I definitely recommend making Regenerative Medical Spa your go-to place for those ‘treat yourself’ procedures that we’re all in desperate need of right now. Janine is warm, welcoming, worked very hard to fit me in with my crazy schedule (I’m a flight attendant so it was tough, but she was so patient and awesome) for a laser session and is extremely on it! She made me feel like I was really being taken care of while I was there and that’s something that I really appreciate in a business, especially these days :) She even offered to grab me a tea from next door which was so incredibly sweet. Michelle (who did my laser treatment) was an absolute delight and so professional and kind. She made me feel incredibly comfortable (it’s been a while since anyone has been down there if ya know what I mean - it was a Brazilian session lol) and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. She was quick but so thorough!! Other times I’ve had laser done down there the position I’m put in doesn’t seem to allow access to all the places that need to be lasered. Michelle however, made sure that every little spot was covered, which I so appreciated! I was in a out in about 15 minutes and it was an absolutely lovely experience. 10/10. I’m recommending this place to all my friends in the future :)

I had a terrible initial experience with this business. However, Jeanine and Michele have completely turned things around. They are easy to make appointments with, communicate clearly and proactively, and provide a much-improved client experience which doesn't resemble my initial impressions at all!
