Every single person we met here is professional and friendly and on top of their job. I was well cared for and made to feel like I was important. They were happy to answer questions and teach me what I needed to know. Even the food was good. Unfortunately, I was nauseous from the anesthesia, but I brought that serving home and had it the next day and the other meals were tasty!

I just had a total knee replacement performed be Dr. Kenneth Martin. I'm giving he and his team a genuine 5+ rating for Efficiency; Cleanliness; Friendly; Patient; and Care. Thank you Dr Martin for your well earned reputation with joint surgeries. You can add me to your outstanding success rate. The following team members also receive excellent reviews: Nurses Jackie, Kim, Jordan, Irina, Mckenzie, Clay, Andrew, Taylor, Cindy, Ronnie, Bree, the Nutrition Staff, and Maintence Glenn. In 6-9 months, I'll be getting my other knee replaced by Dr. Martin and this wonderful group of medical persons. I know I'll be in excellent hands.

My wife just had a total knee replacement. This hospital totally exceeded our expectations. This is the "Best" health care facility I have ever been in. Dr. Baxter took his time to explain everything to us and was very kind. Our nurses were fantastic in particular Tyson & Holly. Everyone at this hospital was very nice. It was clean and the food and the room were great. If you need a new knee come here.

This was my second time having surgery here and was awesome as the first. From admission to presurgery, to the operating room, to recovery, to my room was totally a good experience. One special Nurse April was a life saver so I hope someone will read this and pass that on. All instructions were Explained perfectly, food was good, everyone was very helpful.

You have to park a long way away and there are only a few handicapped spots. Also, it is not an easy place to navigate and you can get a little lost which also can cause you to walk through various long hallways. But, it was clean, the cafeteria has delicious breakfast, and the staff were generally helpful. If you know where you are going exactly, or you have been there before it helps so you can know where to park and enter.
