This is the most efficiently and effectively ran doctors office I've even been to. Every person that I encountered at each area were really nice, friendly, and helpful. Each person did their job, then handed you off to the next person. I've never waited for more than 5 minutes for my appointment or at each area that I had to go to. My nurses at the office and at the surgical center were TOP KNOTCH!!! My nurse at the surgical center promised me no pain when they did the nerve block... She delivered! I can't really remember her name but if you read this, please know that I truly appreciate your bedside mannerism. Thank you! Awesome experience so far. As of yesterday I'm in my 1st hard cast, 2 more casts and 4 more weeks to go until therapy. So far I've not experienced much pain, it's actually much better because they removed the joint that was hurting so badly. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Neil and the staff at Bluegrass Orthopedics.

I had excellent service with surgery on my finger am so greatful to get an appt. With Dr. O'Neil after one year of a splinter in my finger he is the one to remove it with surgery, I have heard 4 other patients tell me how well surgery went well with them and was very satisfied so i made the appointment and am very satisfied with the successful out come!

Dr. O’Neill is an excellent clinician and surgeon with extensive knowledge and experience with hand and orthopedic surgery. He is a strong patient advocate who focused on addressing patients concerns and improving lives with his practice.

Dr O'Neil and his staff are absolutely fantastic! They are all caring. They listen and answer questions readily. Dr O'Neil is easy to speak to. He makes dealing with my hands a little easier. He never rushes me out of the door and spends time explaining exactly what my problems are. I get injections in my hands. They hurt but he is quick and knows EXACTLY what he is doing. I never dread my appointments with him.

I had a great experience at this orthopedic office. The staff was incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely concerned with meeting my needs throughout the entire visit. I had a poor reaction after receiving a shot, and they responded quickly and with true compassion, making sure I felt safe and cared for. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for skilled, patient-focused orthopedic care.
