Dr Napolitano did my left wrist surgery in April of 2009 for Kienbock's disease and the surgery I had was called a proximal row carpectomy. Everything went better than great! She was better than great! Couldn't have asked for things to have went any better!

I hav been a patient of Dr. Napolitano for several years pertaining to my hands with carpal tunnel. I have been given steroid shots over the course of time. They helped for awhile. I decided to have surgery recently, as of 2 weeks ago. My right hand feels great. I will probably have my other hand worked on when I get at least a week break from work. I strongly recommend this fine doctor. She explains everything very clearly what she will do during surgery, how long it takes for the surgery and the wake up time. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient.

Worst hand surgeon in the area. Do not go to this provider. On top of being a bad provider she also has terrible patient centered care. She’s a reckless provider.

After being a loyal patient who never missed an appointment and always paid my bill on time, I was treated horribly by a receptionist named “Jenny”. She was terribly unprofessional and downright rude. She has no business dealing with the public. She told me she would call me “right back” and I have now waited 4 days for that call. When I called her back just now, she put me on hold for 8 minutes and then LIED TO ME and totally blew me off. I would think a doctor’s office would put helping people who are in incredible pain as a top priority. Apparently, that is not the case with Dr. Napolitano and her staff. Don’t waste your money going here. They don’t truly care about you. This is the epitome of pitiful bedside manner. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. After the way I’ve been treated, I would have given ZERO stars if I could!!!

To say I’m beyond upset is an understatement. My husband spent months dealing with ongoing hand pain, all they did was a single X-ray and three steroid shots during this time—none of which helped in the long run. Instead of taking the time to discuss options or refer him to someone who could help him, the FRONT DESK staff told him when he arrived for his appointment today that the doctor said there was nothing more she could do for him. That shows how little this doctor cares. It feels like she cares more about billing insurance than actually helping patients. If you’re looking for a doctor who truly listens and wants to find a solution, I’d look elsewhere.
