Can’t thank Dr. Page and the staff enough for helping me get through my recent surgery. They are always so polite and was happy to answer every question that my husband and I had. The front desk associates are super sweet and are always willing to help!! Dr. Page has been the best doctor/surgeon that I have ever met. He’s understandable about your concerns and goes straight to the point. Thank you for being so kind! 😊

Front desk was courteous and professional. Had a thyroid biopsy in office. The doctor spent time with me and walked me thru it. Aides even held my hand and reassured me throughout the procedure. Due to Covid, I was by myself yet felt safe and cared for. Superb treatment! Highly recommend going here!

I had a wonderful, caring surgeon who unfortunately left the practice right after my surgery. I knew she was leaving and was assured that I would be well taken care of. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was lied to, demeaned, and treated like dirt. I was not able to find another surgeon's group willing to provide post-op care, so I went without. Thankfully my wonderful oncologist picked up the ball and made sure I had what I needed.

If i could give a lower rating i would, I had an appendectomy done and the surgeon was great. HOWEVER, the office staff needs to learn to be more professional and not make excuses. I was told that the Lexington Surgeons would contact me about a follow up appointment ( not a problem), after a week I called and was told i had an appointment on a specific date. I asked if i was going to be informed and was told it was in my discharge paperwork. NO it was not!!! I ask spoken to the hospital and asked them about it and they said if they made an appointment they ALWAYS put it in the paperwork. When i confronted Lexington Surgeons about it, they made excuses and blamed the hospital and gave excuse after excuse and all of there were the hospital's fault. I"m sorry but they are liars and if you can't own up to your mistakes then why would i want to see you. Not very trusting, sounds like they just wanted money and the front does NOT care about patients.

Front staff is amazing, no complaint on any office staff. De Abou Jaoude is extremely unprofessional. Constantly over books and has patients waiting up to 45 minutes for a 2 minute demeaning conversation with him. Would not recommend even for my dog.
