His experience and depth of knowledge were clear from the very beginning, and he’s truly up to date on the best practices in trans and gender-affirming care. I felt listened to, respected, and included in every part of the process. He was honest without ever being dismissive, and I always left feeling informed and supported. The staff and medical assistants were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even better. I would recommend him to anyone seeking gender-affirming care. I’m 53 and have seen many doctors who simply move through their routine—not Dr. Brosious. He genuinely shows up for his patients. Dr Goldman &. Dr. Brosious are EXCELLENT. They’re both very knowledgeable, very kind, very patient with their patients and explain everything thoroughly. Very, very nice young men and are brilliant! They took very good care of me during my surgery and all my follow ups etc. Best surgeons and doctors in the state of Nevada if you ask me!!!!! I would recommend them 1000%. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and going through a double mastectomy, I was anxious and emotional about reconstruction surgery. From the very first consultation, Dr. Goldman made me feel at ease. He took the time to listen, answer every question, and explain my options in a way that helped me feel informed and supported. Dr. Goldman’s skill and attention to detail are truly amazing, but what stood out even more was his kindness and compassion. He understood how personal and emotional this journey was for me, and he treated me with such respect and care throughout the entire process. I finally feel comfortable and confident in my own skin again. I’m so grateful to Dr. Goldman and his entire team — they were always warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Goldman and his team are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. He gave me exactly what I asked for and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very approachable. Both my boyfriend, who cared for me postoperatively and I felt thoroughly prepared before my surgery, nothing was a surprise. Anytime we had questions, Dr. Goldman and his staff were easy to reach, so we never had to guess or worry. Fortunately, I did not experience any complications, but based on this experience, I am confident that if I had, Dr. Goldman and his team would have addressed them promptly and appropriately. I am beyond happy with my results and wouldn’t change a single thing.

Extremely happy with my experience so far. I am currently two weeks post op from top surgery (aka, a double mastectomy for gender-affirming purposes) From the beginning, Dr. Brosious and the whole team have been wonderful. This is the first time I've been in a medical setting where there has never been a mistake with my pronouns or name. It must be DRILLED into the staff because, even though it's still my legal name, no one has ever dead-named me. I live 400 miles away from Las Vegas and have had to follow-up with the office a few times since coming home. Shout out to Tanya, specifically, because she has been super responsive. It's a huge relief knowing that this team doesn't leave you high and dry after your procedure. I can tell everyone genuinely cares about your outcome. Although I'm still healing, I can tell my results are going to be great. I was super worried about my decision to go ahead with the nipple graft. I've seen other results from different surgeons that don't look very natural...or the placement just seems off. I couldn't be happier with my nipples so far. The size and placement is perfect. There's really an artistic element to this procedure and I think Dr. Brosious has nailed it. Aside from my results, I have never been more excited to get back into physical fitness and taking care of my body. Any other trans person reading this knows it can be hard to feel connected to and care about your body when you're feeling so dysphoric about it. Even though I'm still healing, it's insane how much my dysphoria has lifted. I can't wait to be cleared to exercise because I want to do my best to showcase the incredible job Dr. Brosious did on my procedure...and I am excited to track the progress over the next year
