I’m so grateful for Dr. Mason and her team. They made me feel safe, well informed, and genuinely comfortable from start to finish. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and they were able to coordinate my consultation and procedure in the same visit, which made everything so much easier. I traveled from out of state to see Dr. Mason because of her reputation, and she truly lived up to it. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Mason and her team to anyone considering a procedure!

I’ve researched getting a tummy tuck for years, And have had so many consultations, As soon as I went into this office and did my consultation, I knew this was the right doctor for me. The environment is warm and inviting, the entire staff is welcoming and helpful and Dr. Mason was kind, professional, and caring from day one. Unlike other offices, she listened to my concerns and was open and realistic about expectations for my results and never tried to sell me on anything or pressure me into booking. The pricing was direct and upfront, there were no surprises or “add ons” I received everything I was promised and am so happy I found La Femme. I would recommend them to any friends/ family and couldn’t be happier with my results so far.

I am only about three weeks out from surgery so I haven’t realized my full results yet however I cannot say enough, good things about this facility. Every single person who works there is helpful, compassionate and communicative. Dr. Mason’s bedside manner is exceptional. She and her staff walked me through every aspect of the process ensuring I had realistic expectations. Dr. Mason was also very careful to ask probing questions and listen to my response to ensure she was giving me exactly what I wanted Not what she thought I should have. I had no complications thus far and very little pain. From Madison to Genesis and Kara, and the rest of the team I was very well taken care of. I opted to stay over in the surgical facility for peace of mind and I’m glad I did. Tiara looked after me very well and she had a fantastic disposition. She kept a very close eye all night and helped me walk often to ensure I began healing from the get go. Because I’ve not seen my full results yet, I can say that my absolute favorite part is the lymphatic massages with Arlene. She is wonderful, and I love that these were included in the healing process. I only wish I could continue them with her forever! I am so glad I chose them.

A thoughtful touch that stood out was the beautifully packaged aftercare gift bag at my post-op appointment — a small gesture that truly made the experience even more special. I’ll continue to see Le Femme for follow-up care and lymphatic massages, and I highly recommend Dr. Mason and her team to anyone considering surgery.

Every experience here is top notch. From the friendly front staff, to the consultation and fee explanation, this staff is as professional and efficient as I have ever seen. There was not a doubt after my consulation wirh Dr. Mason, that she was the surgeon that I wanted to work with. I just had my surgery and could not be more pleased. Every step of this journey was seamless, not to mention the end result far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mason is true gift.
