Dr. Balledux was incredibly helpful in managing complication from pressure wound. He fixed a problem that had been with me for two years. He also has a very friendly and helpful staff of nurses. I highly recommend his services.

Dr. Belladux is professional, compassionate and understanding of his patients needs. I had to have surgery and he performed my surgery with grace and I appreciated that. Recovery was great!! I would and have recommended him to other friends and family in need.

Being in hospital here at sunrise change my life meeting this surgeon made me have hope again I’m so Thankful an Blessed that he came along an had fix another surgeon wrongs I felt as if I was dying giving up hope scared afraid felt I made wrong decision but yet this Sweet man came along an took me in an took his time check on me an help me I just want to say He’s a Blessing an he’s good at what he does thank u for ur time an care im very Blessed u saved me

So, I actually never was able to meet with this doctor. I went to Bethesda Health ER on Sunday evening from a 2nd and 3rd degree burns. The doctor that saw me sent discharge papers with me telling me to call this doctor Jeroen Balledux. The doctor at the ER was very reassuring this doctor could help me, was a great doctor. It definitely eased my mind since I just moved here to south Florida. Then when I call to follow the instructions from the hospital a lady named Leslie stated “I can not have an appointment this doctor is not seeing new patients” I tried to respond to tell her about the discharge papers and she said that this doctor did not see me so this doctor will not see me because I am a new patient. I understand the new patient policy however I was told to follow up with this doctor. Leslie was very rude I do not know who to follow up with. I guess I will call back to the hospital. I see that these doctor office here, are very unprofessional and I asked can she help. Obviously that was the wrong question the laughing on the phone. Great professional staff.
