Dr. Smith is not only an expert in his field but also incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. His expertise truly shows in his work. The office staff was just as amazing—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. From start to finish, I felt cared for and respected. It’s rare to find a doctor and staff who combine such skill with genuine kindness, and I’m so grateful I chose Dr. Smith. I had labiaplasty with fat transfer and small abs lipo with Dr. Lane Smith, and today I’m 65 days post-surgery, my results are amazing so far, and I can’t wait to see the final outcome! I am passionate about my lipo, it was my dream to have my abs in shape, and also my labiaplasty, and Dr. Smith made it come true. I want to give a special thank you to Valeria and Natasja, who were incredible with me from the very beginning and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Also, my heartfelt thanks to Lindsey from Chic La Vie Med Spa. She has been taking care of me since my second week after surgery. I’ve had several procedures with her, and she is absolutely amazing. I had my Botox done with her and I love the results! I’ll be doing another procedure with her in a couple of weeks and will definitely come back to leave a review about that too. At first I thought Dr. Smith was a little arrogant but after a few visits I found that he and his staff were very caring. I had an extended tummy tuck after losing 100+ pounds on Feb. 14th and he did an awesome job! I am sooo pleased with the results and the care given by Dr.Smith and his staff. Next my arms!! Can’t wait!

Dr. Lane Smith has changed my life! After having two children and a significant weight loss, my skin over my entire body was loose. In clothes I looked great, but i couldn't tuck a t-shirt inside my jeans because side view you could see the hanging loose skin. I finally decided to take the plunge and have a lower 360 body lift, tummy tuck and liposuction. I am thrilled with the results and still cant believe it is me staring back at me when I look in the mirror. Dr. Lane Smith not only met every expectation of mine, but he exceeded them! Everything he explained to me prior to surgery was exactly as he said it would be when I woke up. My results were instant even with the swelling. I cannot believe I will be able to wear a bikini this summer after 30 years of one piece bathing suits. His entire staff was with me every step of the way and Desiree handled everything for me so that when I came into town, I had nothing to worry about. I chose Dr. Lane Smith for a breast augmentation and lift in August 2024. I believed I had done the proper research, and selected a skilled professional who would handle my case with compassion, care, and respect for his patients. In the beginning, Dr. Smith and his team were responsive, supportive, and clear in their communication —up until the moment I paid. From the day of surgery onward, the experience became completely disorganized and stressful. Communication between the physician, staff, and patients was severely lacking, which led to confusion and delays, especially when it came to mandatory post-op appointments. I voiced concerns about my results early on, but Dr. Smith and his team were dismissive and offered little explanation or reassurance. I showed up to appointments only to wait for hours, or be rescheduled weeks later with no notice, because he got held up in a pervious operation. My implants were clearly out of place, my chest was filled with fluids, and yet I was repeatedly told to “just wait another month” for them to settle. After three months, I took the time to meet with Dr. Smith again to discuss my results. It was clear and evident they did not sit correctly. At that point, he told me he couldn’t have predicted the elasticity of my skin and that I would now need to pay another $8,000 for a lift revision surgery. What was most upsetting wasn’t just the cost—it was the complete lack of care, during my consultation I was very clear about what I wanted, and asked him to tell me exactly what needs to be done to achieve those results, and that’s what I paid for. It wasn’t just a minor mishap, my breast augmentation looked terrible. Honestly. No one ever contacted me afterward to check on how I was doing, what I had decided, or how I was feeling. It felt like once the payment was made, the compassion and professionalism disappeared. This entire experience felt inconsiderate, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I trusted this practice with something very personal and expected a higher level of care and accountability. Instead, I felt like just another transaction. I strongly urge anyone considering this office to ask hard questions, be cautious, and not mistake a polished consultation for long-term patient care. My experience was not what I was promised and certainly not what I paid for. Everything is money, money, sign, and goodbye not our problem. The American dream for you.
