I loved Dr.Chua and his staff like Daisy. They are truly amazing at what they do. Throughout the whole process before and after my surgery, they have been very caring and professional. Dr.Chua knows what he is doing. He made me look just like I wanted! He listened to me and put my words into action. Now my end result is so much better than I ever expected at first. Dr Chua is the best! He goes above and beyond and truly cares about your results. You can tell he actually enjoys his job and helping his patients. I’ve had bbl done in June 2023 and breast augmentation Dec 2024. Every single appointment and surgery with him has been amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and safe through the entire process.

Dr Chua cares about you, takes time for you, listens, takes the time to meet with you and work through your goals, even if it takes a minute to ensure your on the same page. The surgery was the best experience ever!! Dr Chua is detail oriented and truly does what you ask for, doesn't shame you and cares about his work and the results. The follow up is awesome. I can call anytime and they never act like I'm putting them out, he answers me personally and helps ensure that I'm treated with dignity and respect and not having any issues. I went to another plastic surgery center and the results were horrible, I was just a number and the care was next to none. I would recommend without any reservation Dr Chua.

I’m sharing my experience to WARN other women so you don’t go through what I did. In December 2024 , I had a BBL surgery that I had been planning for over a year. Throughout the entire process, I only saw the doctor twice, once to see if I was a candidate, and the second time on the day of surgery. Everything else was handled by his assistant/secretary. At the last minute, they tried to reschedule my surgery without any consideration for the fact that I had already arranged EVERYTHING, childcare, transportation, post-op care, time off… all of it. The reason? The doctor suddenly “couldn’t” operate that day. I refused to move my date because my entire support system was already set up. On the day of surgery, the doctor seemed rushed, like he had more important things to do or more patients lined up. He quickly asked what I wanted, drew some marks on my body with a marker around 6:30 AM, and by 9:00 AM I was already in recovery. The worst part? I basically came out looking the same as I went in. Within a month, I lost about 90% of the BBL results. It was NOTHING like what I asked for or what I showed him. This has honestly been one of the biggest scams I’ve ever experienced. After surgery, I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction during follow-ups, but surprise, surprise… the doctor was NEVER there. It was always his assistant “checking” me because he was “busy” at other clinics. Please do your research before trusting someone with your body, your money, and your life. Don’t let this happen to you.

Extremely disappointing front office. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 today and I was contacted earlier in the week if I could move it 30 minutes — I said absolutely, no problem. I get a call again today on the day of my appointment to ask if they can shorten my consult time because they have patients at Mountain View. I absolutely cannot believe any plastic surgery office would dare to call a consult and ask this. Tip— Bryson richards surgery is the best in town, I don’t know why I even considered this office. Garbage.
