My consultation went better than I expected. The office area had a video of a patient sharing her post op experience but it was like a vlog, very informal which I found was helpful. My receptionist, also named Brittany, very easy going, I felt welcomed. My consultation specialist also another Brittany, same easy going out going personality as me, was very informative and very realistic. I just came to get information and see how much something like this would cost me, I didn’t feel pressured at all!

I was dreading my appointment because I was ashamed and embarrassed by my body. The staff changed all that the moment I walked through the doors. They were kind and understanding, but most of all encouraging. There was no judgment. They explain everything clearly and answer every question you may have, even ones you may think aren't important. They made the first step simple and made you excited to continue the journey. I am so glad I went, and I look forward to the next steps toward becoming a better me.
