To say I was nervous for my mastopexy is an understatement. After having 5 children and a 90 pound weight loss it was necessary. From my very initial consult I felt welcomed by the entire staff and Dr. Odinet. I was not just another patient to them I was treated with nothing but kindness. Then came the day of surgery. Everything went as planned, surgery went so well. That night Dr. Odinet himself called to check on how I was doing. The next day I was back at the office for drain removal and even then I was so pleased with my results. I am now two weeks post op and can’t brag enough not only about my results but on my selection of surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Odinet and his staff if you are looking to have any cosmetic surgery done. They are top tier in my book.

From day one, they advocated for me and went back and forth with Cigna as many times as necessary to get my surgery approved. They didn’t stop at the first denial. They kept pushing until I was finally approved. Every time I walk into that office, I feel seen. My surgery was yesterday and went great, and at my post-op appointment today, it truly felt like they were celebrating this milestone with me. It’s not often you find a doctor’s office that genuinely feels like home. This surgery was life-changing, and throughout the entire process, they consistently reminded me that if I needed anything, I could call and it always felt sincere. I’m so grateful to everyone in this office for making this happen and for treating me like family.
