My appointment with Dr. Anzalone and his staff was flawless, better than I could imagine. Everyone I encountered treated me with kindness and compassion. Dr. Anzalone answered all my questions, explained what he was doing and why, and gave me a treatment plan to achieve a successful outcome. So glad I found him & his staff!

Everything about this office was comfortable. Receptionist were very friendly and polite. Nurse Angie is exceptional with her kindness and compassion. Dr Anzalone is a very respectful and knowledgeable Doctor. Not many I come across that puts me at ease and wasn't quick with surgery or evasive procedures and wanted to be very thorough before our next step and that was very comforting to know. He explained everything he wanted to try before surgery and I appreciate that so much. My experience was overall one of the best experiences in a specialists office. Would highly recommend.

They are so efficient and kind. Very helpful. I did my annual hearing test, nothing changed. Dr. Duhon looked over my hearing aids, they were in excellent shape. She added a wire to help hold them better in place as I wear glasses. Then I went over to see Dr. Anzalone. He checked my ears any everything is fine. The visit was good and I am very satisfied with the care I received. Will definitely continue to see them.

The Hearing and Balance Center was awesome! My husband had to have a hearing exam and had to be fitted for hearing aids that he could adjust to easily. They did not disappoint! Dr. McClure and Blair were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend this place!!

I'm always nervous when I go into a doctor's office. The front desk was very nice. The audiology was very nice and helpful. Dr. Lauren Butcher is very nice and helpful. Great team
