i needed an eye operation to see better and these folks were so kind, helpful, responsive and made me feel great. The doctor even called me a day later around 8pm to make sure I was doing fine. This is a special act of kindness and caring. I recommend them highly. Thank you.

I am so thrilled with my blepharoplasty surgery that Dr. Joss did for me. Dr Joss and his staff are wonderful. They’re kind compassionate and extremely skilled at what they do I would highly recommend this office for this procedure or any other ocular facial issues you may have.

Dr. Joos and his staff were wonderful! I felt comfortable at each appointment and they are friendly and professional. The staff worked diligently to get my insurance coverage for my procedure. I am super thrilled with the outcome of my upper Bleph. Highly recommend!

PSA: Extremely questionable billing practices. Check whether they are in your network or in your EXTENDED network. Those are different and determine how you are billed. While our experience with Dr. Joos was great, the office misrepresented that they were in network with clarifying that they were actually in the extended network. This led to my family having to cover 2/3rd the cost of the visit. Since they are in the extended network, we can’t claim surprise billing. So it’s a lose-lose situation for us. My husband has an re-infection before the course of his antibiotics was completed so they called us in for a follow up clearly stating several times that it was not an additional charge. I confirmed this over 3 different calls. They still billed it to us as an office visit stating that it was more than 10 days after his procedure. This was due to their unavailability. After a few calls, they did waive this off. But all in all, very questionable billing practices. Other doctor’s offices have been very clear about clarifying billing structures, some going as far as providing itemized projected bills. So this was an extremely disappointing experience.
