If you have severe dental anxiety, this review is for you. I'm 66 and have a lifelong struggle with dental work. I needed major oral surgery and was dreading it. But, when I met Rene at the front desk at Plaza Facial Surgery for my first appointment, her warmth and kindness immediately put me at ease. When you're worried, that first impression matters more than you'd think. KJ, who attended to me during my procedures, never questioned my anxiety or made me feel like I was being difficult. She was present, understanding, and treated me like a human being, not an annoyance. Dr. Kim is an excellent surgeon - knowledgeable, skilled, and calming. I trusted him completely. Sarah, who handled the financial side of things with me, did so with professionalism and genuine friendliness. Bottom line: These are good people. If you're scared like I was, you'll be okay here. They see you, they won't shame you, and they'll offer you great care.

I had a wonderful experience at this visit. Dr. Daifallah was kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen. Everything was explained clearly, which helped put me at ease. The treatment itself was gentle and thoughtful, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. I left feeling cared for, respected, and confident in the plan moving forward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, patient-centered care.

Great experience at Plaza Facial Surgery and Dr. Kim. He is very thorough, kind, communicative and detail oriented. Made sure I was totally comfortable before proceeding (and I am not a great dental patient)! His staff is equally kind and accommodating. I decided to go to Dr. Kim from Google reviews (there were several other places I was considering for the dental implant), and his reviews were strong!! Glad I made the decision to see Dr. Kim at Plaza Facial Surgery and I would highly recommend him.

Dr Dafallah and staff did a phenomenal job on my extraction. While Dr was extracting my tooth there was a staff member that let me know what to expect before the pressure was felt which was a big help. It decreased my anxiety. I am fearful of dentist which I hope to get over. The staff was very professional and kind. I even received a follow up call promptly on the following Monday to be sure I was doing well. I definitely recommend Dr Dafallah

It was great! I unfortunately had broke my tooth, grinding in my sleep. So I called everywhere to get a molar removed and they fit me in perfectly! At first the earliest they could get me in was the next day. About 20 minutes passed and they called me back saying they might be able to squeeze me in day of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The person that pulled my tooth was fast and efficient. I highly recommend!
