Dr. Baker was amazing Oral Surgeon. He cares about family that comes in. The nurse and staff was nice and wonderful. Dr. Baker and Nurse explaining everything about wisdom teeth and what is going to happen and that make me feel better what they would do. The nurse and Dr. Baker answer all of mother and my questions. I didn’t feel rush and didn't have long wait times. I have teeth felt in growing in my gum for about four month and mom didn’t know. We when to my Neil Kanning appointment in February to put a fake teeth in and my mom asked about the grow teeth in my gum to my doctor. He said it might been my wisdom teeth growing in and refer to surgeon office. I was going to wait to see my pediatric dentist for opinion but they started to hurt more. So my mom schedule a consultation. The schedule process with easy and I got in quick. After the today consult appointment the scheduling with easy process for surgery and got they got me in only 1-2 months to get my wisdom teeth out. Thank you to Neil Kanning to referral to this office they definitely took good care of me.

Dr. Baker was able to take extract my tooth the same day. I was expecting to have to come back another day, but he was very kind to take care of the extraction that day as we live 2 hours away from the office. Dr. Baker discussed my condition of osteoporosis and extracting the tooth. He was very gentle in extracting the tooth. I am grateful for his care and his nurse too. This was the first time I was not nervous having dental work done! Everyone was wonderful. The front desk receptionist was very thorough, and Iet me know what I needed to bring with me for paperwork. Thank you for all your exceptional care.

The front desk ladies are so sweet and thoughtful. The communion is great. The dental surgery assistants and Dr. Baker were fabulous. Dr. Baker even called to check on me after both procedures. He explains things very clearly and is compassionate. I felt very safe in this environment.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hlavacek and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was extremely nervous going into this since I had never had IV anesthesia before, but from the initial consultation to the day of surgery, everything was handled professionally and reassuringly. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I especially want to recognize the nurse, Paige. She inserted my IV perfectly I didn’t feel a thing. She also took the time to talk with me beforehand, which really helped calm my nerves. That small moment made a huge difference for me. About a week later, I did end up developing a dry socket, but they were able to get me in the same day and treat it right away. After that, everything healed smoothly. I’m very grateful for Dr. Hlavacek and his team and would recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery!

We met with Dr. Baker and explained our son is autistic. He needs step by step. Dr. Baker made us feels very comfortable at the consultation. The day of the tooth removal was a different story. There was to be nitrous oxide, if there was I couldn't tell. My son was not told what was going to happen before it happened and was hurt and scared. No one informed us there were prescriptions called into a pharmacy. We found out when the pharmacy canceled the prescriptions a week later. When I called the office to find out why we weren’t provided this information the person I spoke with had no idea. So I just decided not to deal with it. And then Dr. Baker called me back and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and just kept talking over me so I let the call go again and have blocked any calls from this number. Not a good experience.
