Carrie Cummings does all my Botox and Fillers at PVPS. She's Extremely Knowledgeable on All the Services they offer as well as all of the skin care products. I Always leave Completely satisfied. She has a lady that works with her that is great as well. Sorry I forgot the name, I'll have to get it on my next visit. 10/10 🌟

Katelyn is the absolute best! I got filler for my lips and it didn’t hurt at all. She made sure I was numb before she started the injections. Katelyn is very professional but personable. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I got natural looking results which is exactly what I wanted.

I was planning on calling main office to express a few things I took note of. I normally go to St . John’s office (bummed it’s closing) but understand due to lease expiring and other issues. When I arrived there was no one at front desk, took over 5 minutes before someone appeared. A young lady finally came out and wasn’t very welcoming, regardless, gave my name and was checked in. Had 1130 appt, called back at 1150. Completely understand, and at times providers can run late. Greeted by Kristen, very professional and gave constructive feedback/recommendation. Very pleasant and do not mind seeing her again. Back to check out, same person and same issue. Not personable at all, didn’t offer any information on the promotion (except the current price per unit) and just said grab a brochure. When I asked about the jars on counter and what they were for, no response. Had every intention of purchasing some products, but changed my mind. Sadly a lost sale for the company. Will go back to this office for my follow up but most likely will not be a returning customer ( have been for several years and have referred friends). I understand people have bad days, but when you are the first face a customer, new or returning, comes in, you should always be on top of your game. And just as an FYI, the young lady at the St. John’s office was always so pleasant and made small talk when coming in and leaving. Thank you and hope this can be used as a learning tool for new and current staff. Maria
