Jacksonville Beach Surgery Center

I wanted to thank Jillian and Jane publicly for their hard work in taking care of me until the end! They made my experience so great, I felt taken care of better than many other nurses I’ve been seen by at other places. Excellent bedside manners and made sure I was taken care of when I was feeling super weak and nervous.

My Mom recently had surgery at this location by her retina specialist. We were greeted upon arrival. Easy check in at the front desk. The staff were coming in and getting patients and taking them to get ready for surgeries quickly. I was able to visit with my Mom before her surgery as she was anxious. They took great care of her. Everyone was pleasant.

The surgery teams and admin department are absolutely outstanding! The people are so very helpful and nice. Emily, Jennifer, Jane, Brook, Jillian, Doctors (especially Dr. P) Anesthesiologists and ALL. All of them highly educated, love their profession and know their craft. Best surgery experience you can ask for. They made it such a pleasant experience. Highly highly recommend

My spouse had an appointment for 10:30 AM and it is now 1:45 PM & I’m still waiting for her which is totally unacceptable when she had a 10:30 appointment. I have medical conditions that I cannot sit for long periods of time & 4+ hours for an hour procedure it totally unacceptable. I will Plaster this BS all over Social Media to let People know the Incompetence of this Company…

The Nurses and Doctors were great, however the billing department for the Jacksonville Beach Surgery Center is not helpful, especially 3 months after my eye surgery they send another bill saying the first estimate was incorrect and I owe more money. How many more bills will they send in 3 months. I am very disappointed in their initial calculation efforts, especially because the "new bill" is over $100.00 for a senior citizen, that counts.
