I was shown kindness, compassion, and dignity from check in to check out. My provider Olivia is kind, knowledgeable and didn't rush my appointment. I left the office feeling relief from my medical worries and encouraged to continue my journey. I felt supported and cared for, I didn't feel like a number. I felt like a person who was being treated with professionalism and warmth. It was refreshing. I highly recommend this practice.

Such a wonderful atmosphere when you enter the office. No waiting time and greeted by a delightful nurse and doctor’s assistant. Examined quickly and easy exit…You will get a relaxed feeling when you realize you’re in safe hands. Thank you for your kindness.

I love the staff! They are so kind and helpful. They also handle a lot of people who are going through some seriously scary situations that will end with surgery, and they are patient with them and extremely supportive. They always go to the very end to find answers to all questions if possible. I love Dr. SCHLUSSEL and hope to have him as my doctor always!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent appointment at your office. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m., yet I was not seen until after 9:30 a.m. At no point was I informed that Dr. Abbas was running behind. When my vital signs were taken, I was told the doctor would be in shortly, which was not the case. I waited in the exam room for nearly an hour and fifteen minutes. After I filed a complaint about the delay, Dr. Abbas never came in; instead, his nurse practitioner was sent. While she was very pleasant, the exam was not conducted in the thorough manner I consistently received from Dr. Webb. In the many years I was a patient under Dr. Webb’s care, I never waited more than five minutes to be seen. The contrast in care and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Additionally, I was very unhappy with how I was treated when I requested a copy of my lab results. Two medical assistants ignored my request entirely. When I reached checkout, the staff member was unable to assist me and appeared to struggle with the computer system while I stood waiting. Eventually, I had to raise my voice out of frustration before Emily Torres (if I recall her name correctly) intervened and assured me she would email my lab results, which she did. I have been a patient of this practice since my surgery in 2009 and have remained loyal ever since. Sadly, since Dr. Webb’s departure, the quality of care and overall office experience has significantly declined. This was an overall horrible experience—one I never encountered during Dr. Webb’s tenure. Given this experience, I seriously doubt I will return. It is truly disappointing that an office I trusted for so many years can no longer provide the level of care, communication, and respect that I once received.
