I recently had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty done by Dr. Trimas at Beaches Facial Plastic & Nasal Surgery Center, and I am absolutely loving my results so far—just two weeks post-op! I had been wanting a nose job for years but was always too nervous to go through with it. The fear of ending up “botched” held me back for so long… until someone recommended Dr. Trimas, and I’m so glad they did. My biggest concern was the hump on my nose—I always hated my side profile and would go out of my way to avoid side-view photos (or ask people to delete them). Dr. Trimas gave me the classic, straight profile I always dreamed of, with a slightly lifted tip that looks natural and not at all overdone. I already feel more confident and can’t wait to see the final results once all the swelling is gone, as it's still very early in my recovery journey. As for recovery, I was bracing myself for the worst based on everything I had seen online, but it’s been a shockingly smooth recovery. I’ve had no pain, just some swelling and bruising that’s already faded significantly at the 2-week mark. From the moment I reached out, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Trimas and his entire staff were so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful in answering all of my (many) questions. I had zero doubts going into surgery—I trusted him fully, which is saying a lot considering how hesitant I was for years. The day of surgery was smooth and surprisingly not stressful at all. Making the trip to Jacksonville Beach, FL from Charlotte, NC was 100% worth it! If you’ve been on the fence about getting nasal surgery, let this be your sign: stop waiting and do it! I couldn’t be happier, and I can’t recommend Dr. Trimas enough.

I had 2 surgeries at Beaches…I original made an appointment for some bumpies that were on one side of my face. It turned out there was more to those bumps. I had 2 surgeries for melanoma. Very pleased I went there!

I got Botox with Cayla after Dr. Trimas stopped doing Botox. I had to go back twice after the original within a few weeks. She doesn't inject deep enough. It was a total waster of money.
