UCI Plastic Surgery

Ridiculous. Tried to make an appointment for a scar revision. They left me on hold for 10 minutes and then argued with me that they don't fix scars that another doctor stitched. My stitches were done on an emergency basis when I was out of town. Even after explaining this they said they would have to check with the doctors before making an appointment. I gave up at that point anticipating another long hold. I think you can tell the type of treatment you will get from a doctor's office based on the treatment you get trying to make an appointment.
