This review is a little late, but I visited Dr. Williams about 3 months ago to get a consultation, and cannot begin to say how lucky I was to come across Dr. Williams. This was my third consultation, and I was expecting more of the exact same as I had from the previous 2, which simply involved being pushed into an operation room and asking for money over and over again from nurses saying days would fill up soon (Seemed no better than a car salesmen) However, Dr. Williams was completely different, he was the first doctor I came across that genuinely cared about every patient and it's sad to say that these days, this is a rare quality, and I'm so happy to have come across him. Dr. Williams is extremely knowledgeable and very understanding. Instead of simply saying , "lets get you into surgery" he asked me questions about my hair loss history, family genetics, as well as many other questions that would allow him to gauge more of a pattern I would follow. As soon as Dr. Williams told me I should wait a little before doing surgery, I knew that he was a truly caring doctor and for that I cannot express my gratitude. I will definitely be revisiting Dr. Williams in the next few months for my second consultation while following all his recommended treatment options.

Dr. Williams is a true professional who legitimately cares about his patients. His staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process and Dr. Williams took his time with me as the patient and addressed any and all of my questions. I'd recommend him to anyone! Easy 5 star experience.

I have done laiser hair removal on lower legs and after six sessions, I have gotten a slight reduction of the hair thickness, it doesn’t exceed 20%. I had way better results and treatment at other clinics. Even, Dr William threatened me that he is going to sue me if I wrote a negative review. What a waist of time and money.

If I could give this business negative stars I would. I have been to six different doctors about my irregular hair loss and based on reviews I decided to call IIMCS. I specifically asked several times, in the initial call, in the appointment confirmation call AND when I got to the office (when I had already paid $100 to confirm my appointment) I asked again "Will this doctor do more than just look at my head and tell me I have hair loss?" A lady took some photos from different angles and then the doc came in the room and guess what? He said "You have hair loss. There's nothing you can do about it. You can pay about $1000 more and I can biopsy the spot and send it to the east coast and a lady there will look at it under a microscope. But there's nothing you can do for it." I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

BE AWARE! Complete waste of money, emotional distress from even more hair loss!!The even left a piece of suture in my scalp!! I spent nearly $10,000 with them. What I left with, is a damaged scalp and more hair loss. Please do your homework. I definitely do NOT recommend this place. Be aware! I want my money back.
